Loved heated floors, views, kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Furniture was very comfortable. Quiet and cozy.

Finding check in office was not clear. We had to call and thankfully had a German fluent person with us to translate to figure out check in properly. Better directions for international guests may be helpful. Washer/dryer did not dry and we didn't have time to put in work order. We had a local German friend with us who also could not get it to work. We had to take wet clothes with us. That created great difficulty as we had to have a load of clothes professionally cleaned at next stop. I would not use on final night to avoid issue. Otherwise it was fantastic and would rent again.

Decently stocked kitchen. Nice decoration. Responsive hosts.

The unit is in the center of a massive apartment complex. There is zero privacy and a lot of noise. There are hundreds of units surrounding all angles. Unit is above children's playground so there is a lot of noise all day and night. If you don't have the shades drawn other units can look right in. The shower flooded our first night. They sent someone the next day to fix it.

There is no better place to stay in Garmisch. I just hope this is available when I come back to visit!

This is an incredible place. As someone who has lived in Garmisch and visited many times, this place cannot be beat. Amazing views and high quality facility, there is no better accommodation in Garmisch. The location is perfect and the views are incredible. Best of all is the host Mikail, who responded within minutes on any question or request we had. This was the highlight of our amazing two week Germany/Austria trip. Do not hesitate to book this place.

I can’t possibly think of anything negative to say. There may be cheaper options out there, but you get what you pay for. If you want an incredible experience, then you will not be disappointed. We had a family of 6- 4 teenagers, and this was the highlight of their trip. No negatives.

it is conveniently located near the train station and the bus stops as well as walking distance to the many restaurants and the town center. It is very spacious, clean and comfortable for our family. Kitchen is well equipped. Bathroom is big and clean. We even had a full view of Zugspitz from our living room and the balcony. There is a moun10 bakery next to the apartment which provides a good place for breakfast and snack.

Michael was an absolute charmer. A gentleman with our best comfort at heart.

Wasn't clear if we could access or indeed how we could access the wellness area- Sauna etc. Never got around to asking but certainty on this would be helpful

Perfect ❄️ Winterland

The whole experience was excellent. From the worm welcoming we had from Mikail who was by the way extremely helpful and friendly, to the warm clean apartment, the fabulous mountains view from the balcony and more. The apartment was equipment with all the necessary items

The only thing I would suggest to have a knife sharpener as the knjfes were not sharp enough and it could injure people when using them if they're not careful. Otherwise, the whole stay was fantastic. 10/10

The views are absolutely amazing. The apartment is centrally located next to the train station and close to restaurants/grocery stores and a 10 minute walk to the central shopping area. Parking was available in an underground garage with an elevator. The staff was amazing and gave easy instructions for check-in and check-out. I will definately stay again.

Sensational modern apartment with amazing views!

Everything! The panoramic views of the mountains were amazing, the living area, bedrooms were very comfortable and modern. Loved the heated floors (a luxury we don't have in Australia!). It was by far our favourite place to stay in Europe. Highly recommend.

There's not much we didn't like. We were aware that there was construction going on which impacted how we drove into the apartment each day - No biggy. My partner wasn't a fan of not having a top sheet and only having a duvet but I found it very comfortable:)

Great service from Mikail. He was responsive and made check out and check in a breeze. He noticed the coffee was low and brought us more, along with a bottle of wine. The complex is in a good location, close to public transport, shops, restaurants and a 10 minute walk to center. We will return and recommend to others.

Hervorragender Service. Immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Apartment ist top gelegen. Fußläufig zum Bahnhof Zugspitzbahn und Zentrum. Aussicht sagenhaft auf Wank, Waxenstein und Hausberg. Traumhaft. Alle Annehmlichkeiten vorhanden. Sauna und Gym im Nebengebäude stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Parken optimal in der Tiefgarage.

Eine sehr schöne Top Anlage, verkehrsgünstig gelegen

Die Lage ist super, direkt neben dem Bahnhof und doch ruhig. Die Ausstattung modern, es fehlte an nichts, sogar kleine Teelichter für die gute Stimmung am Abend waren vorhanden. Schicke Einrichtung, Sinnsprüche als Deko, es hätte meine Wohnung sein können.
