Our whole family loves the BergLoft 360, especially the grandchildren!

This was our second visit to the BergLoft 360 apartment--that's how much we love this place! Luxurious accommodations, very well appointed with towels, bed linens, and kitchen supplies. The views are spectacular--we were able to enjoy amazing firework displays in every direction for New Year's Eve. Mikail is also great to work with--friendly and very responsive. The BergLoft 360 was a great base for skiing--we were able to walk back from the slopes several times (an easy 15-minute walk). Plus, Garmisch itself is a beautiful and charming town to walk through.

Cozy yet sophisticated.

Simply beautiful and luxurious. The mountain view is spectacular. The kitchen is all that you could ask for in style and function, with special shout out to the built in coffee machine. The beds were very comfortable with soft sheets and cozy pillows. Two levels made traveling with a group feel like you had your own spaces. Sauna worked well and was a nice post-ski touch. Excellent communication and attention to detail from Mikhail. Thank you!

To take to another level, the gas fireplace would be nice.

Mikail was a great host. Amazing mountain view and outdoor spaces to enjoy them. Very well equipped kitchen area. All the glasses we needed for all kinds of drinks were there. Washer and dryer were very handy. Sauna was very clean, easy to use and relaxing. Location next to Bayerische Zugspitzbahn station and close to Garmisch downtown were great for getting to amazing hiking and evening dining. The underground parking was extremely convenient.

One very early morning there was train noise from a DB track bed replacement machine.

The property was beautiful, clean, modern, comfortable, and spacious. The apartment had beautiful views of the mountains. The elevator went directly into the apartment.

The only one very minor thing was the mirrors were darkened and you were unable to see yourself in them.

Great set up for a large group - there were 10 of us. The host was professional and did a great job shopping for groceries prior to our arrival. Secure parking was nice and the views were superb.

Richi was an amazing host from the moment we arrived, and the penthouse was everything we had hoped and more! Amazing views, cozy, clean vibe, exactly like the photos, and stocked with everything from coffee to olive oil and laundry detergent. We were 7 adults and 1 toddler and all had a fantastic time. Playground, bakery etc. right beside the property and close to Zugspitze and other nearby attractions. Will recommend this place to everyone whether travelling in summer or winter.

Great Honeymoon stay in the penthouse!

The views! Better than the pictures. And the outdoor seating and sauna was a real treat. Very nicely decorated and furnished-well stocked with everything we needed for our group of 8. Super clean and great service!

The construction noise ends by 5, but it was a bit noisy for our group that wanted to sleep in a bit and enjoy open windows.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Lage war hervorragend – man ist schnell in der Stadt mit vielen Shops und Restaurants und auch der Bäcker ist direkt im Gebäude um schnell Frühstück zu holen. Besonders beeindruckend war die überragende Aussicht und hochwertige Ausstattung des Appartements. Bettwäsche und ausreichend Handtücher wurden zu Verfügung gestellt. Es gibt rund um Garmisch viele Freizeitaktivitäten und Wandertouren - die schnell erreichbar sind. Die Sauna am Abend nach langer Wandertour ist ein wirkliches Highlight. Der Check-Inn und Check-Out Prozess ging einfach online via Link und über Schlüsselbox. Das Auto konnte in der Tiefgarage geparkt werden - durch Anbindung mit Aufzug war der Gepäcktransport sehr praktisch. Der Gastgeber ist sehr zuvorkommend und bei Fragen schnell erreichbar - Allen in allem sehr guter Service.

Alles entsprach unseren Erwartungen – es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Traumhafte zentral gelegene Unterkunft

Ein wirklich traumhaftes Appartement mit toller geschmackvoller Ausstattung und ausreichend Platz für 12 Personen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Sehr zentrale Lage : Bahnhof, Skibus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Empfang/Betreuung vor Ort durch Mikail sehr engagiert und freundlich.

Eine Kleinigkeit könnte noch verbessert werden. Im privaten Skikeller sind bei voller Belegung des Penthouses nicht für alle Gäste ausreichend Ski-und Skischuhhalter zur Verfügung
