This apartment exceeded my expectations!

This apartment was the best place I stayed during my 3 week vacation. They provide excellent communication. The kitchen was very well equipped. There was a dryer as well as I washer which I appreciated. The view is incredible. It js an easy walk to the old town. Although located near the train station, the apartment was very quiet. There are blinds that you can close on the outside of the windows so it it nice and dark for sleeping. I appreciated the under floor heating. There is underground parking for one car. The apartment is of incredible quality. I highly recommend it.

Comfortable apartment in a great location

Great location, near the train station. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. We especially liked the heated floors in the morning! The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay at Bergkind again.

A great stay with an awesome & responsive check in staff (Ibrahim)

The property is well located, clean & well designed for a family of 4. It also comes with a dedicated carpark lot without additional fees which is great! It has a small balcony with a table and chairs and it is accessible from the first bedroom. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. It also has a great view of the mountains so I can imagine having a coffee and just chilling at the balcony during the summer. I am so thankful the apartment has both a washer and a dryer which helped to shorten the laundry time!

We did some cooking. Personally I would suggest the knives, cutting board & some of the cooking appliances be changed

Our host was very friendly and responsive. The facility was clean and well-appointed. The included parking was convenient. We especially loved sitting on the back balcony.

clean and comfortable apartment with a good location

We stayed with our kids (3yrs and 4yrs) for 3 nights. We loved the apartment. Our kids enjoyed the playground downstairs. This apartment has everything we needed. It is cosy, clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony to the top of the mountains. The location of the apartment is great and close to the center, train, buses, restaurants and grocery stores. We were received and welcomed at the check in time by Mikle. He is vey welcoming and helpful. He provided us with all information we needed for the apartment and the area. Also Marie helped us during the check out. We recommend this apartment for staying in Garmich.

the company that runs this apartment put in so much thought into this place! it has absolutely everything you could think of and that includes everything you need for kids. plastic bowls cups and even “frozen” cutlery. The staff is so responsive without being intrusive. I can’t recommend this place enough

The flat was amazing clean and have all the kitichen items (vallary and bouch) High class furniture with amazing view at the mountain garmisch. 2 minutes walk from the train station going to top of germany. Also 5 minutes walk to supermarket (Lidol) There is playing ground for kids 2 Towels provided per person (one big and one medium size). There is shutter on the window to make the room dark that can be opened to get air from the windows. The location is in the middle of downtown no need to take the car walking distance. There is halal shop near for meat and chicken and rice for muslim people. The woden floors and the outside balcony was an art really. The parking is spacious underground (every car have allocated parking ). I recommend this accommodation strongly and its worth the money. Smart TV and you can watch nitflix with your account. Every room there is TV beside the sitting room. Mickel is very helpful and kind. There is garmisch card that can be given with the appartment that gives you access to the green buses for free and some events discounted. Everything was amazing. There is also washing machiene with seperate dryer that i really liked and takes 2 hours to wash the clothes and dry them ready to wear. Washing liquids and cleaning items with plastic bags provided and sponge with cleaning towels are also provided. Loved it to the maximum. The beds are comfortable and cozy. Hair dryer is provided. I will come again next vacation.

Great option for Garmisch!

We had a great stay in this lovely apartment! The host met us to hand over the keys and show us everything we needed to know about the apartment. He was also helpful with restaurant recommendations and bringing by some extra bedding quickly that housekeeping had forgotten to include. The apartment was spacious, modern, and very clean (and I'm picky about cleanliness). The apartment was really comfortable and it was so nice to have the extra half-bath for getting ready in the mornings, plus a washer and dryer for doing laundry. You could also tell the build quality was very high - nice doors/windows, blinds that kept out the light, good quality appliances, etc. The parking situation (designated spot in underground garage) was great, and we were able to walk to lots of restaurants in G-P for dinners. There's a small playground right in the apartment complex that would be nice for kids aged 2-8 or so, and you can walk to Moun10 Bakers in a couple of minutes for a really good breakfast, or to Lidl for groceries. If you're going to the Zugspitze, the train station is just next door, but doesn't disturb you inside the apartment at all. Would definitely recommend this apartment, or others managed by the same people.

Overall, we loved it, but we did leave with a few suggestions. It was hot while we were there and providing a couple of fans would have gone a long way towards helping us cool it off at night. (We slept with the windows open, but did get a few mosquito bites because there are no screens.) Also, the duvet covers are nice cotton, but the flat sheets were flannel and felt a bit hot for summer. Pillows were flat and squishy, so we had to fold up a blanket to put beneath them for more support. The shower had low water pressure, so it took awhile to rinse out conditioner. Lastly, we love that Germany takes recycling so seriously, and labeling the 4 different recycling/waste bins would have helped us make sure we were complying with their sorting system. The host said it was fine if we couldn't remember how to do it, but we wanted to do it right! These are all minor things - don't hesitate to stay!!

Richi was a super agent, so polite and professional. great location, close to amenities and transport. perfect for many walking trails. brilliant for families, couples and groups.

unfortunately it was incredibly hot weather and there is no air conditioning or fans to help cool the apartment. Not a criticism just unfortunate.

One of our top favorites. Wish would could have stayed longer!

Great location and perfect for our family of 6 which included kids aged 1-25 plus grandparent. They had everything we needed (including games, high chair, dishes for the baby) and nothing we didn't need (breakable items, knick knacks the little one might break). The apartment is brand new and the amenties were awesome. Everything is walking distance but it's also right next the the train station- views were incredible.

Really nothing we didn't like- Maybe just notes to improve future stays. Thanks that they explain how to use the stove top and the oven. I think it would really help to provide written instructions as I think many guests may be unfamiliar with the latest tech of these items. We managed as verbal intructions were provided on arrival but it would have been nice to have written ones to be sure we were using these correctly. Also the transport passes arrived too late to be really useful. We left early the morning after our arrival and traveled around all day. We found these we we came back and had only 1 more full day to go. Is it possible to leave them with guests at check in? I think that would work better.

Außergewöhnlich - alles top!

Das Apartment ist wirklich außergewöhnlich! Alles perfekt ...ruhig gelegen...wunderschöner Blick vom Balkon aus - auf das Bergmassiv ....sehr bequemes Bett... toll ausgestattete Küche... alles vorhanden was man benötigt!! Besser geht's nicht! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr gute Ferienwohnung. Hatten 2 Schlafzimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer, 3 Fernseher insgesamt, 2 Bäder, Balkon, Tiefgarage u Aufzug, Top! Ausstattung Küche etc. auch mega! Lage auch super, halt am Bahnhof, aber wie schon oft beschrieben hier, man hört die Züge nicht. Selbst bei offenem Fenster!

Im Bad mit der Dusche wenig kleine Schimmelflecken an der Decke, kein Fenster, nur Lüftung. Da sollte man evtl mal schauen.

Perfekte Wohnung.

Hier stimmt eigentlich alles. Die Lage, die Ausstattung, der freundliche Empfang, die Sauberkeit, der Tiefgaragenparkplatz, der Blick vom Balkon, von dem aus man sogar Kuhglocken hören kann. Zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig. Perfekt.

Vielleicht ein bisschen warm, trotz ausgestellter Heizung im Herbst.
