Cosy place

Very disappointed

Normally when I write a review is either an exceptional place or a very bad one, unfortunately this one is very disappointing for the amount of 200 eur per night.

The bedding had an awful smell during our stay, we could not sleep properly at all, the whole stay was a disaster. I have to give credit to the host as they have tried to change the bedding but it did not help at all, so it seems that the problem is with the pillows and blankets. There is an overall strong smell of mold in the whole apartment and if you keep a bit the window closed you can smell this very strong. Don't recommend anyone this place. Cleaning was poor too, as everywhere there was dust, especially behind the TV and other places.

Great view of the mountains!

We liked the view of the mountains and the lovely balcony, we had some meals in it when the days were warmer. The TV has access to Netflix, Youtube, and the general German channels. Cooking utensils are present (not a lot of forks for some reason) and there are even some spices and such. The location is quite nice, as it is near a bus stop, one supermarket, and a discounter. The key handover was also quite flexible.

The host did not reply to our messages regarding the guest card. We sent the information for it the day before our stay but did not receive our guest cards while we were there. The cleaning was not excellent. Some cooking utensils/dishes were not very clean either. Even though there was a big sticker on the kitchen and constant reminders about recycling (which would require 4 bins) during the stay, there were only 2 bins for the rubbish. Minor: The bathroom is tiny and only fits one person at a time. Also, there were no extra blankets (this is a minor point only at the time of our stay though).

Good

It is good enough place for two people, decently clean, location is not far from the center.

The description about parking place is false. It is written that there is free parking place on the property. This is not true, there is free parking is on the nearby street and this is what they advertise as "on the property". This is very annoying, when we wrote them about that they ignored us. The street parking is still OK, but they should write it as it is. For this reason I would not recommend this place and won't be staying here again.

Cold inside n no washing machine

The apartment is nice, spacious and clean. The balcony looked cozy. It's easy to check-in and out. The location is central, walking distance to most Garmisch restaurants.

It was extremely cold inside and I asked how to increase the temperature specially in the bathroom. I got sick from the apartment being so cold. I never got a response from my hosts. Just a copy n paste note on how to deal with garbage. It also advertises having a washing machine, but it does NOT.

Nice apartment with parking

Location is great, you can reach most attractions in short time by car. City center is 15min by walk. Just across the street there are 2 supermarkets and gas station. There is parking space in front of the building but if you have big car like SUV it's tight to park. Apartment has also a nice terrace.

Some cuttlery, plates and pan... were not clean. There is no place to dry dishes after hand washing and there is no washing machine. Holder for sponge was covered with grease. There is only one bin for garbage and you need at least 4 (paper, plastic/aluminium, bio, residual waste). So maybe suggestion would be to put bins on the terrace because it's large enough.

Recommended for a short stay

*location: 10 min by car to Zugspitze, lots of nice restaurants nearby, supermarket, pharmacy just across the road *parking *balcony is beautiful

*the bed was not the best *there were cool things like the microwave, coffee machine but they were unplugged and we had to move the microwave in order to plug it to the nearest socket (microwave is heavy) *the balcony door’s handle is not working well, it was cold at night because the balcony’s door is not really closed till the end

Very good

The apartment was cute, with everything needed. The kitchen was small but we could make breakfast there. Supermarket was just opposite.

The bed was a bit small for a couple. The kitchen equipment like the pans seem a bit old. There was a loose electric wire on the floor at the bathroom door which I nearly tripped over a couple of times. The apartment was on second floor but there was no elevator.

A comfortable place to rest after hiking the nearby mountains

1. Large balcony that made our afternoons more enjoyable and let us catch more sun. The sunshade made it even more comfortable. 2. Great location, close to the city center. There was a supermarket on the other side of the street. 3. Many cooking utensils and spices were available in the kitchen area. There was also coffee with an overflow coffee maker for fresh and delicious coffee. 4. Detailed check-in and check-out instructions from the owner. 5. View of the mountains (Alpspitze) from the balcony.

1. Tight parking spot. 2. There was no power outlet near the microwave. I had to unplug the Internet router and use the extension cord to power the microwave because the cable was too short. 3. There was only one trash container with a garbage bag inside, but we were supposed to segregate multiple types of garbage. It was not clear where to store that garbage. 4. The keys to the front door of the building and the flat looked the same, which always confused me when I was trying to open either door. Adding colored marks on them would make them easier to identify.

Easy to get to, directions were explained, to the point . The apartment was clean and had that home feeling. Absolutely perfect for a couple looking for a peaceful place to stay. The location is in a nice area , good just across the street, and the square is just a little walk away.

Nice appartment with a great mountain view

Overall very positive experience staying in the apartment. The hostesses are very helpful and respond to any request promtly. The kitchen is fully equipped, the supermarket is just across the road. Should be also really great in summer with the nice balcony/ terrace.

Exceptional

Nice small studio, but very well organized. Great location close to tourist area. Across the street from two grocery stores. Easy to access reserved free parking. Couldn't see 4 people staying there, but perfect for a couple. Views were awesome! Try to take the Partnach Gorge Trail hike.

Cosy and convenient

The apartment is clean and spacious. There is a deep comfortable couch, a balcony with a pretty nice view with cushioned seats and a table for dining outdoors. The kitchen is well equipped and even has an induction hob for cooking. We made our own dinner. The bed for 2 is 140x200 or 160x200, but comfortable and we slept well. The style of the apartment is vibrant and happy.

Amazing getaway

I loved that there was a kitchenette and a balcony! We could prepare our own breakfast in the mornings before we left out for sight seeing. Edeka is directly across the street, as well as the gas station and restaurants were all within walking distance.

The location was perfect! Since we did not have a car, we really appreciated that it was close to bus stops to all major places. Also the supermarket is very close by and many nice restaurants and places to go around.

Angenehme Ferienwohnung, für uns 3 genau das Richtige.

Lage war für uns perfekt. Supermarkt, Restaurant, Skilift in der Nähe.

Das Parken war etwas anstrengen, da wir mit Skisachen ständig umparken mussten, man darf vor der Ferienwohnung nicht lange stehen. Ausserdem wurde vergessen uns das 3. Bett herzurichten. Wir haben dann improvisiert, das ging schon, ist aber nach einer langen anstrengenden Fahrt unschön.

Отличные просторные апартаменты, есть все необходимое, удобное расположение, рядом остановка, супермаркет. Отдельной похвалы заслуживает вид на горы с террасы балкона

Не разобрались, где находится розетка для микроволновки, возможно стоит сделать разводку в стене у барного столика
