This place has an incredible view and was well taken care of. It was not hard to find the keys and everything was relatively straightforward.
Like many other places, you'll have to find parking on one of the nearby streets which wasn't too difficult (we were here in the off season). It might also be due to the off season but Garmisch was EXTREMELY quiet so keep that in mind if you're looking for a lively place to stay.

Nice distant mountain view and convenient location (bus stop right outside). Well-equipped apartment with tasteful themed interior design. Balcony is great!
To our slight disappointment, the TV does not work. The sofa bed was not the most comfortable and clean. Also, some kitchenware seemed not well cleaned by previous tenants.

The apartment is nice, spacious and clean. The balcony looked cozy. It's easy to check-in and out. The location is central, walking distance to most Garmisch restaurants.
It was extremely cold inside and I asked how to increase the temperature specially in the bathroom. I got sick from the apartment being so cold. I never got a response from my hosts. Just a copy n paste note on how to deal with garbage. It also advertises having a washing machine, but it does NOT.
