Welcome to our cozy vacation rental in a prime location in the Garmisch neighborhood.
This attic apartment is located in a quiet residential area and offers everything you need for a relaxing and restful vacation in its spacious 80 square meters. Two separate bedrooms ensure a restful family vacation or simply provide that little bit of extra space. A very spacious living/dining room with all the comforts and a cozy tiled stove invites you to spend cozy hours there.
The fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom with natural light round out our offerings.
The apartment is located in a sunny, very quiet, yet central spot in the Garmisch district, in a well-maintained house with a garden, just a 10-minute walk from the town center—an ideal starting point for all your activities. Parking is available right next to the vacation rental. Shopping, restaurants, bus stops, and biking and hiking trails are all within walking distance. The Hausberg ski area is just a short drive away.
Enjoy the magnificent view of the surrounding mountain panorama from the two spacious balconies (south/east—with a view of the Zugspitze—and north/west) while relaxing in a lounge chair.
