We will stay here again without hesitation.

We found the apartment to be very spacious, with lots of windows that let in lots of light, and with a wonderful view from the huge balconies and the living room. Check in was very easy. We were met at the apartment location at the our 3:00 p.m. check-in time by the representative, Nicole. She took the time to show us around the apartment, and how to turn things on and off. She was available by phone or EMail to answer any questions we had. The beds were large and comfortable. Unlike other places we have stayed, each of the queen size mattresses was a single mattress, rather than two twins placed together. Everything was clean, and worked as it should, including the Wi-Fi. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the various pots, pans and small appliances that we needed. There was a clothes washer *and* a dryer, which is a big plus. Another BIG plus is the elevator going from the garage level right to the front door. After dragging luggage up and down more narrow German staircases than I can count, this was a *very welcome* surprise. The location is very good, with only a 15 minute walk to the downtown promenade. There are two grocery stores 5 minutes down the street, and a fresh bakery where you can get your morning rolls. For those who enjoy nature hikes, just a 5 or 10 minute walk will take you to your choice of several hiking trails that lead you up into the hills on either side of the town.

It was not without it's quirks but these were *not* problems, rather, I point them out only for your information. What looks like a radiant heater in the bathroom is not actually hooked up. It is actually just a towel rack. The bathroom is heated through the floor. Also, in order to have sound on the living room TV, you have to press the *white* button on the remote to turn on the sound bar. And finally, there is no light over the sink, so washing dishes in at night is a little dark. Again, none of these were big deals, just things we discovered. All in all, we rate it a 10 out of 10. It was exactly as it presented itself to be, with no surprises. It was comfortable, well located and we loved coffee on the balconies.
