Three of the six light bulbs in bathroom out. Very dated and was dirty. Rugs were from the 60’s. Said there was parking but not at property you have to slug it out with the locals. Wanted Covid shot records when no where else n Germany is it required. That is personal health information. Wrong on them. Never gave us our city card. Blinds did not work.

After reading some of the most recent reviews, I was a bit concerned about what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. I was sent full instructions, including photographs, as to how to access the property. The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we required. I especially like the wrap-a-round balcony. The apartment is across the road from 2 supermarkets, 10 minutes walk to the town centre and 20 minutes walk to the train station. This is not the Savoy but I thought the property was worth the money charged for 4 people. We only stayed for 2 nights but I would have gladly stayed longer if possible. We bumped into the cleaner when we left property and she was very pleasant and asked if our stay was OK.

As mentioned in some of the other reviews, there is an issue with some of the lights not working or bulbs missing although I did find some spare in a wardrobe. Also, as previously mentioned, there are odd items stored in the property that could be cleared or put away in a cupboard. Although we did not use the third bedroom (with the small roof window), the main light was not working and we found it a bit spooky with the large mirror down one wall. Also, although it did not affect us, the blinds could do with being replaced/fixed. If you have mobility problems this apartment is not for you as it is up several flights of stairs. If you are not German, sorting out the different types of rubbish is a bit confusing but we managed!

Close to everything. Spacious and well equipped Supermarkt in front, gas station. Distance walking to city centre

The balcony could be better...more decorated since is big. Many of the table lamps in the rooms were not working. Better cleaning behind the toilet.

Location is very good, easy access to everything you need and the city center Rooms size is good and availability of balcony is a nice addition

Rooms smelled like.old floor. In the kitchen the dish washer had a notice, probably out of order with a date weeks ago. Little toiletries like toilet paper for 5 people. Lighting on the balcony out of order Overall the apartment needs definitely needs a renovation especially considering the price per night.

Modern and fresh apartment! There are more than enough things such as plates, cutlery, glasses, towels, ...

We parked our car according to the host's directions. Soon we were sent away by the neighbors. After several days and different places to park, we heard from different neighbors that the apartment has no parking space at all.

Pleasant

Host was too annoying: I received more than 10 messages in booking and via sms before my stay. Some of them were regarding garbage sorting in 4 different colored containers, BUT in the apartment was one one-color trash can with two sections... Some of them were regarding self-check-in instructions, BUT we didn't find the key in the described place and have to call the host (good that we received our keys quickly after it, but still). On the second floor, there are three bedrooms: two with double beds, one is like a pantry with mattresses on the floor (good that we didn't need it). Beds and linens are very old and uncomfortable During the booking, it was indicated that everything is included in price (cleaning fee and tourist tax). But we had to pay additionally because it turns out that the tourist tax is only included for one person - if we had known this in advance, we would have chosen another place where everything is really included...

Kurzfristige Verfügbarkeit der Unterkunft.

Es scheint sich hierbei, um eine Wohneinheit in einem Wohnhaus zu handeln, welche (legal?) vermietet wird. Bereits bei der Ankunft pöbelte eine Mieterin unterhalb der Wohnung herum, weil die Kinder vom Balkon aus fragten, ob sie noch etwas herauftragen sollen. Es fielen Worte wie "Irrenhaus" und so weiter. Wer weiß was dort schon alles vorgefallen ist. Die Wohnung an und für sich hat eigentlich potenziel, ist jedoch abgewohnt, unbefriedigend gereinigt und riecht muffig. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist irgendwie notdürftig (mit untergestelltem Holz) "repariert". Wir mussten das Holz wieder aufstellen nachdem das Bett zusammengebrochen war.

Para repetir!

La ubicación era muy buena, había sitio para aparcar y dos supermercados justo en frente. El alojamiento es muy amplio, y la terraza fue un plus.

Había ceniza y colillas en una de las macetas de la terraza. La cafetera de cápsulas no funcionaba, al poner la cápsula caía directamente al depósito.

Zweckmäßige Wohnung, leider nicht gereinigt

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Einkaufen, Restaurants etc alles fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist geräumig. Parken ist schwierig in Garmisch ohne eigene Stellfläche.

Leider wurde das Bad scheinbar nicht gereinigt. Es lag ein dreckiges Handtuch sowie ein benutztes Abschmink Pad im Bad. Pfui!

Geräumig, schön eingerichtet.

Übersehenes Blech im Backofen , keine Flächen- oder Hände Desinfektionsmittel.
