Great location, lovely apartment.

Location is perfect for skiing (especially if you have a hire car). The town was lovely at xmas with markets, restaurants, cafes etc. We were well informed about the processes for accessing the property and everything was as described. The apartments was spacious, clean, warm and had everything we needed for our short break for skiing.

The permanent residents above can sometimes be a little noisy and the restaurant below you is very loud at the weekend as it’s a bar (so to be expected). It didn’t really cause an issue for us but if you’re a light sleeper, it could be a problem.

Wonderful place with great location

Location, parking spot, feeling of a chalet & comfort.

Curtain in 2nd bedroom does not cover window completely so that outside light of the building could be seen. Only one toilet is a problem when someone else is in the shower and need the toilet.

Spacious lodging close to the Old Town, but the check in process is terrible.

The room itself was very large and clean with a nice kitchen area (that we did not use) It is close to the old town and many nice restaurants within a short walk

The check in process is terrible. It is self-check-in and the address is for the main building, but there is often nobody there. Our building was about 500 meters away and we walked larger and larger circles trying to locate it. Fortunately, we bumped into a lady on the street who worked for Golden Gapa and she helped us. If we did not find her we would have had to stay somewhere else. They should really give you the address of your lodging. There is only one bathroom for the two-bedroom apartment. You are a substantial walk in ski boots from the bus to the Ski area. Breakfast is a joke. It consisted of cold hot dogs, soggy eggs and a meager supply of cold cuts.

Large clean spacious apartment right in the city center but above a noisy smokey restaurant.

Very modern and clean on the inside. Also very spacious.

Located above a restaurant. Loud talking, smoking well after 1am. Very difficult to sleep. Very bright outside lights on the building shine right into the bedroom windows despite curtains.

Excellent Apartment

The apartment located in a central area and close from almost everything. Also, all required kitchen tools were there and in good condition. one more thing, the owner is really taking care about the apartment cleaning and I hope everyone maintain the apartment clean as well.

It is quite difficult to find the apartment or the building since it is not there at google map. Also, car parking is very limited and there is no enough parking space. Finally, the cost need to be reduced based on the building condition and non available services such as soap, water, tissues, customer services and other basic things.

This is a very comfortable and affordable property right in the middle of everything.

The property manager worked at another gasthaus right down the road. They were easy to contact and very hospitible.

The shower drain was clogged but was fixed very quickly.

Pleasant

The appartement, it was big, very nice, comfortable and it was very well equipped

It was difficult to contact the personnel. To get the WiFi password we had to walk 800 mt to their restaurant and pay per day. The bed sheets were not included and we had to pay 10€/day/person. The first night we realized we were on top of a bar and the music was quite loud until late, on top of that there was a strong light pointing straight to our room window (since a billboard advertising the appartement was located just above) and the courtains were not enough to block the light. After not being able to sleep during the night, I contact the personnel from the appartement and asked them to at least turn off the light but I never got an answer. So we spend 3 sleepless nights. Even if the appartement was very nice I would not recommend it, except you're going for party.

Sehr schöner Urlaub, wenn auch mit schwieriger Kommunikation.

Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Die Einrichtung war sehr schön und gemütlich. Die Lage war super, direkt im Zentrum.

Die Unterkunft und vor allem der Parkplatz waren extrem schwierig zu finden. Google Maps führt einen mit dieser Adresse in eine Sackgasse auf der anderen Seite. Als Wegbeschreibung wurden nur Bilder geschickt, auf denen die Straßennamen nicht richtig zu lesen sind. Eine Textbeschreibung mit genaueren Angaben gab es auch auf Nachfrage nicht. Als Referenz für den Parkplatz wird eine Firma angegeben, die nicht mehr existiert. Letztendlich war unser Parkplatz auch komplett zugeparkt und der Vermieter hat sich erst eine Stunde später nach unserer Nachfrage gemeldet. Bis dahin hatten wir die parkenden Autofahrer schon selbst gefunden.

Unter der Unterkunft ist eine Sportsbar. Man hört bis in die Nacht das bumbern der Musik. Man kann einschlafen aber es wurmt einen. Keine Rollos nur dichtere Vorhänge. Man wird früher wach.

Tolles Apartment mitten in Garmisch. Einrichtung & Sauberkeit hervorragend. Der Parkplatz ist etwas klein, dafür direkt vor der Haustüre. Schade, dass Handtücher und Bettwäsche bei dem Preis nicht inkludiert waren.

Рекомендую от всего сердца эту квартиру. У нас было ощущение Рождества и что мы в волшебной стране. Кровать супер удобная, кухня красивая , функциональная и есть все необходимое ( даже кофемашина ). В салоне искусственный камин, чтотделает пребывание уютным. Есть батареи и можно выставить тепло на определен. Температуру. Удобный заезд с пошаговым объяснением и картинками . Квартира находится в центре и близко ( минут 15 ходьбы) от жд вокзала. Вид из балкона потрясающий на горы. Есть холодильник, тостер. Хотелось остаться еще. Бронируйте сразу, не думая! Прекрасного отдыха Благодарю за возможность проживания в сказке

Es ist okay für einen kurzen Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist schön groß und modern. Sie bietet Platz für bis zu 5 Personen, aber wir waren nur zu dritt. Die Lage ist zentral, sodass man abends durch die kleine Stadt spazieren gehen kann. Man kann dort schon schlafen trotz das Restaurant unten im EG

Den Boden würde noch nicht staubsaugt. Es wäre schön wenn es Salz und Waschmittel vorhanden haben würde. Man hat sich von Bildern gefreut und dachte, dass man am Abend was Leichtes kochen kann oder die Klamotten zur Not waschen lassen kann. Es kostet nicht viel. Außerdem sollte man die Personal nach Tickets vom Bus fragen, damit man umsonst mit dem Bus fahren kann. Wir haben für jede Person 16€ Hin-und Rückfahrt bezahlt, als wir nach Eibsee gefahren sind. Das hätten wir umsonst fahren konnten.
