About this apartment rental

Our apartment is fantastically large with 2 large living terraces on the top floor. Only 800m each from the ski slopes and the center. An apartment to feel good. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (2 very large bedrooms and a smaller bedroom). Each bedroom has to store 2 beds of 90cm wide and ample space, the clothes. One room has a direct access to a bathroom with bath, toilet and sink. The second Bathroom has a douche and a toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, plates, etc. Knife. Of course, our apartment also WLAN.
The apartment is rented from 4 days. Longer periods, eg., 1 month you can be requested from us.

We had a wonderful stay in this top-floor apartment with our family (including our 3 teenagers/young adults). The communication with the host was very clear and friendly. Everything you need is included in the apartment, even fun board games to enjoy together. The covered balcony is just wonderful to spend any meal you like while enjoying a magnificent view and the sound of birds. The town center is in walking distance, and so are hiking trails and a local lake where you can swim. Great place!

This was a great property and awesome stay. it is nicely located in a quiet neighborhood, a short walk to farms, and great views of the Alps. it is also a short walk to town and some hiking trails near the Partnacklam , Olympic Stadium and Hauptbahnhof. Two things to take note . We were unaware of the city tax of three euros a day per person until about a week prior and one of the rooms has low ceiling clearance, although was not a problem. Overall six adults felt very comfortable with plenty of room in there. Really enjoyed the stay. It would be worth staying in this property again..

This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom property is close to the train station, near the downtown, in a quiet neighborhood near walking and biking trails, and has great amenities such as a full kitchen and access to a washer and dryer. We stayed for 11 days with family and had a wonderful time!

We were a small group of runners participating in the Zugspitz Ultra and enjoyed the stay at this peaceful and nice apartment. The location was close to both Garmisch P. city and a few km from Grainau. The apartment was were spacious, clean and well equipped. Communication was clear and very friendly and we were very happy with our stay. The twin bed bedroom was with low beams so not for elderlies but not a problem for us.

The apartment was very comfortable to stay in and very well equipped. Own car park space was also very useful. View from the balcony was fab with Mount Zugspite clearly in view, cable cars up were worthwhile. The town is very picturesque & within walking distance. A short distance away, Partnach Gorge was v scenic, Affenhimmel rope climbing was excellent, toboganning, walks, a trip to Innsbruck all within easy reach.

We are a family of 4 who greatly enjoyed our stay in Garmisch. The apartment is very well equipped and conveniently located to both the meadows (for walking and cycling) and the town centre. The apartment has 2 balconies - one of which faces the mountains whilst providing shade. We loved eating our breakfast outside every day. We will be back !!!

The apartment was spacious and very comfortable for our family of five (all adults). Garmisch-Partenkirchen is beautiful and the views from the apartment were wonderful. Great windows and porches to admire the surroundings from home. Not too far from the main streets and train station. The trash and washer/dryer instructions were a bit vague, but didn't detract from the overall enjoyment. Thank you Jose for sharing your lovely apartment with us!

We loved the apartment! It was the perfect choice for a family trip. The location was in a quiet location, with a walking path steps from the front door. It was a short walk to the main restaurant/ shopping district. The view of the mountains from the front deck was the perfect place for that morning cup of coffee. We will happily visit here again.

Beautiful flat in a fantastic area, easy access to transport and walks in the area. Stunning views of the Zugspitze. Great easy facilities and cosy area to hang out in. I booked it for my extended family and they loved it .

An exquisite flat with wonderful views of the mountains. It had all of the necessities of home. It is located within an easy walk of the main shopping areas with many superb restaurants. Hele mooie appartement. Rustige omgeving. Dicht bij de skilift en dicht bij het stadje. Heel gezellig. Alleen min punt we waren met 5 volwassenen. De zit plek. Was niet voor 5 personen plek. Jammer. Verder was er alles.

Wir waren mit 4 Kinder (14, 14, 12 und 8) für eine Woche in der Wohnung. Sehr viel Platz. Am Wichtigsten finde ich sind gute Betten, sauberes Bad und sauber und gut ausgestattete Küche. All das war erfüllt. Haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Super Lage. Tolle Aussicht. Ganz toller Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Wir durften sogar vor 16 Uhr in die Wohnung. Das geht nicht überall… Vielen Dank Frau Scheuer für alles. Wir werden die Wohnung sehr gerne weiterempfehlen und kommen 100%ig wieder. Liebe Grüße aus dem Rheinland von der Familie Ostrominski

Der Kontakt mit Frau Scheuer war exzellent und immer sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, sehr geräumig und mit allem eingerichtet, was man so braucht. Es muss einem nur bewusst sein, dass die Betten im im dritten Schlafraum recht niedrig sind, und auch ein Querbalken des Dachstuhls drüber hängt. Als Erwachsener muss man ein wenig krabbeln, aber für Kinder kein Problem :-). Alles in allem klare Empfehlung!

Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und hervorragend ausgestattet, auch ist für ersten Tage alles Notwendige da, z.B. Seife, Spülmittel, Küchenrollen, Toilettenpapier. Das dritte Schlafzimmer ist etwas klein und niedrig, aber zum Schlafen oder für Kinder ausreichend. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin hervorragend. Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön und ruhig in einem Wohngebiet in Garmisch. Der Ausblick vom Balkon fantastisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
