Enjoy stay finding property was difficult and had to ask nearby restaurant for location

Very clean and comfortable apartment in the heart of Garmisch.

The central location and included parking were very convenient. The space was clean and provided the necessary amenities. The beds were also comfortable.

It was rather noisy at night with the restaurant below and the church bells ringing every 15 minutes throughout the night. These things are unavoidable but it is good to know about prior to staying.

Location close to center and everything.

Dated apartment, old furniture, smells like old kitchen since there is a restaurant downstairs, no hand soap, shampoo, coffee or tea, so you have to shop for everything, so it's not convenient for short stay. They even charge us for using the sheets and towels.

Pleasant

The property is absolutely perfect. Beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and full of natural light. It's location in the center of town is ideal and the view of the town and mountains is stunning.

Although everything about the property itself is perfect, the arrival process was such a pain that I would not recommend this rental unless you don't mind spending a long time trying to figure out where to find the apartment, parking spot, and keys. The instructions are in a video that does not include any reference point or map for assistance so it's a complete scavenger hunt to locate everything.

There was an unacceptable loud noise during the night. Probably a neighbour watching TV or so until 3am. This is not acceptable!

Great location. Terrible service.

Site said free WiFi. Password in apartment didn’t work. Called the office and they said WiFi isn’t included. Place was pretty dirty upon arrival. Communicating with the office was terrible.

Die Lage ist gut.

Es war nicht sauber, das Treppenhaus,die Küche,das Bad ..alles dreckig. Defekte Glühbirnen der Balkontür lässt sich nicht schließen, Kamin ohne Funktion. Die Bilder entsprechen nicht der Realität.

Die Unterkunft hat schöne größe Räume und zwei Balkone. Die Lage ist super, Fußläufig waren Geschäfte, Cafes und Restaurants erreichbar. Ein Parkplatz im Hinterhof ist reserviert. Der Kontakt zum Eigentümer hast super funktioniert. Die Wohnung besonders die Bäder waren sauber.

Kleine Mängel zb. defekte Glühbirnen, Griff der Balkontür lässt sich schwierig bedienen und eine unpassende Pfanne zum Herd. Über die Lautstärke von der darunterliegenden Pizzaria und den etwas verschmutzten Hausflur lässt sich streiten. Die Pizzaria ist bis 22 Uhr geöffnet und wir waren um diese Uhrzeit ohnehin noch wach. Man sieht das die Wohnung selbst deutlich sauberer als das Treppenhaus ist, was sehr wahrscheinlich eher ein Problem der Hausverwaltung oder anderer Eigentümer ist.
