Haus Ludwig Falkenstein

Der Verwalter war freundlich und kam bei Problemen sofort zur Unterkunft ! Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und perfekt für grosse Familien ! 2 Bäder und Toiletten waren sehr hilfreich! Die Lage ist perfekt, Obsthandel auf der anderen Straßenseite, Bäcker 2 min zu Fuß , auch in die Stadt kann man problemlos zu Fuß gehen! Wir würden auf jeden Fall noch einmal diese Unterkunft buchen!

Leider war der Wohnzimmer Bereich nicht gemütlich und sollte mal etwas erneuert werden!

The location, size and facilities were perfect for our stay, with enough items such as mugs, crockery and seating for all the guests. (we have stayed in places that have had room for 6 guests but only 4 chairs for dining!!). There was a laundry room in the cellar with detergent and laundry/cleaning consumables, but we had a washer/dryer in one of the bathrooms, which meant we didn’t have to walk down to the cellar. Location is perfect and quiet, situated on the historical Ludwigstr, walking distance from the train station, bus stop and supermarket, and has private parking at the back. The view from the balcony is also stunning.

The apartment is situated on the 2nd fl with another apartment above. When the above apartment is occupied at the same time it is very noisy. Luckily this only happened on the last 2 nights of our stay and not the whole time. We were woken up by scraping chairs on the floor above, and noise from the guests like a party and running footsteps. They also kept pressing our door buzzer instead of theirs (which are clearly marked with the apartment names) so I would suggest muting the buzzer at night. Also only 2.5 toilet rolls were provided for 2 bathrooms and 4 guests for 6 nights, which is not enough and we could only buy large packets of toilet roll in the supermarket! My suggestion is to bring a few extra rolls with you!!
