Amazingly Caring People

I can not say enough positive words about the hotel staff that support this property. Our airline mishandled our luggage. One bag was delivered to the hotel two days after we checked in, and the hotel staff accepted it and immediately told us that it arrived. The other bag arrived a week later and was left behind the hotel. This was three days after we checked out. Again, the staff notified us, and they held it for two days until we could pick it up. Their extreme courtesy and care was very appreciated in this stressful situation, and it far exceeded the indifference shown to us by Air France and DPD.

Our only complaint is that our vacation did not last longer!

Great location and a lovely authentic old house. We had a view to the mountains from the terrace. The house and apartment is nicely decorated and everything was neat and clean.

The kitchen equipment could have been better. There was only one mug and no cereal bowls; no grater for apples/carrots. The toaster did not work properly and the salt mill was empty and broken. The bodylotion on display in the bathroom was also empty. Having to pick up the keys at the further away hotel is not convenient.

Sweet apartment for your stay in Garmisch

Despite having to get the keys at a nearby hotel, the process was straightforward and I was given very clear directions on reaching the property. Ordering rolls to be delivered directly to my door each morning was a luxury I wasn't expecting. Overall, the room was well-appointed and very comfortable for my stay. I loved how walkable everything was due to the location.

A microwave or oven would have been handy for cooking more in the room. But it was perfectly manageable with just the cooktop.

Superb

It was pleasant stay, separated entrance with private parking on site and somehow away from the center but in a quiet area, I like the apartment, it was very clean, and the host was Generous, well kitchenette and recommended for visitors. Thanks for host.

I don't like to go to other hotels to take the key for the apartment since we are travelling long distance. I suggest installing secured box with password, this will make it easy for visitor to enter the apartment and help visitor who don’t have a car since the other location is away.

Mangels Sauberkeit viel zu teuer

Geräumig, Lage, Aussicht

Allgemein unsauber z.B. Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Besteck, Kopfkissen fleckig. Mehrfach mit Chefin gesprochen- jedoch war sie sehr uneinsichtig. Unter anderem auf dem Hinweis, dass die Glaskanne von der Kaffeemaschine fehlt wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass das bekannt ist und eine neue Glaskanne bestellt ist. Hinsichtlich verkalkter Wasserkocher wurde meiner Frau Essigessenz von ihr zwecks selber entkalken in die Hand gedrückt. Auf die Frage, warum wir den Schlüssel zwecks Appartement separat im Hotel abholen mussten, sagte sie lapidar, dass das von Booking.com kommt und wenn wir uns nicht auf ihrer Webseite informieren, wir selbst schuld sind.

Ein wirklich unkomplizierter und liebevoller Ort.

Das hat alles sehr gut geklappt, wobei wir den Schlüssel im Partner-Hotel abholen musste, was aber irgendwie auf der Fahrstrecke lag. Also war das unkompliziert: zwei drei Fragen und rein ins Glück. Lager ist super, Sauna funktioniert wenn man sie anschaltet, ach, alles irgendwie gut.

Alles gut, hier gab es nichtsn zu beanstanden, hat alles super geklappt..
