About this apartment rental
This spacious one-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor and can accommodate 1 to a maximum of 4 people.
The apartment was completely modernized in 2021. It features high-quality custom woodwork and state-of-the-art technology, such as rain-sensor-controlled skylights, a digital keyless entry system, free Wi-Fi, and an air purifier.
The apartment features a double bed, as well as a comfortable fold-out sofa bed for two adults and a flat-screen SMART TV.
The cozy corner bench with a large dining table rounds out the harmonious atmosphere. A spacious walk-in closet and an adjoining attic provide ample storage for clothes and luggage.
Adjacent to the apartment, opposite the front door, is a fully covered south-facing balcony for exclusive use.
The new, fully equipped kitchen—featuring a large fridge-freezer, a 4-burner induction cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a Senseo Switch coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle—leaves nothing to be desired.
The modern, natural-light-filled bathroom with a rain shower, heated floors, and a hair dryer ensures you’ll start your morning off right and end your day feeling refreshed.
PLEASE NOTE: If children aged 0 to 12 are traveling with you, the automatic price calculation will be incorrect! If you have children under 12, do not include them in the number of guests. Children aged 0–5 stay with us for free; children aged 6–12 cost €7.50 per night. Please send the children’s ages to the host via message upon arrival. The price will then be calculated manually.
Cash Deposit:
Please have a cash deposit of €200 ready upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded via bank transfer within 48 hours after departure, provided the rental property is returned in good condition.
Tourist tax/guest card:
3€ per person per day; children ages 6 to 15: 1€; children under 6 are exempt. The tourist tax must be paid in cash upon arrival.

It is far better than a hotel. It is roomy with nice design. Perfectly comfortable. The location is particularly good. It is not in the center of town, but it is in the center of things you want to do. The ski school is in walking distance, 800 meters I think, also if carrying a snowboard. You can walk straight up into the mountains to a small lake with great place to sit for a beer or coffee, and various trails going on from there, a little train station is also in walking distance to go to the highest point of Germany, and downtown Garmisch-Partenkirchen is a fifteen minute walk.

At the base of the mountains, this charming apartment is just a quick kilometer walk to groceries or restaurants, and alongside the Zugspitzbahn for easy access to the lake and mountain. Toby and his family are very kind and offer great Bavarian hospitality! We'll be back!

Wir haben eine wunderbar renovierte Ferienwohnung, welche mit praktischen Details (z.B. Dachfenster mit Regensensor) versehen ist, vorgefunden. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der zur Wohnung gehörende Balkon bietet einen schönen Blick. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Top Lage, sehr sehr ruhig tolle Aussicht und nur 10 min zu Fuß ins Zentrum von Garmisch. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einfach allem Ausgestattet. Es wurde einfach an jede Kleinigkeit gedacht. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich.
