About this apartment rental
We look forward to welcoming you to the Mondholz vacation rental, which is ideally located in the Garmisch neighborhood. We chose a wooden house to offer our guests a special, cozy atmosphere.
Wall-mounted radiant heating, which provides pleasant warmth, and a controlled ventilation system highlight the exceptional quality of this apartment.
The vacation apartment is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.
Both bedrooms face southeast, so you’ll be woken up by the morning sun. High-quality box-spring beds from FBF ensure a restful night’s sleep.
The Alpspitze is visible from the living room.
The modern kitchen with dining area is visually separated from the living room by a room divider.
A large wooden terrace and a garden with a view of the mountains are available for your exclusive use.
Feel right at home in this newly built ground-floor apartment featuring light wood, a soothing color scheme, and light-filled rooms.
The house is located 40 m from a quiet side street in the Garmisch neighborhood. The parking space next to the house is accessible via a narrow driveway.
Shopping, the pedestrian zone, and the Riessersee footpath are all within easy walking distance.
It’s about 1,000 m to the local ski mountain in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, the Hausberg.

Very clean, convenient to ski hill & town of Garmish. Easily walked to these areas. Fritz was very helpful, offered great recommendations for restaurants & other sites.
Would recommend staying there.

Stayed as a family of four. Really nice, well equipped apartment. The location is perfect, very quiet, in easy walking distance to the ski lift and into the town centre. Communication with the owner was flawless. Would happily return!

Not far away from the Hausberg cablecar and city center of Garmisch. Nice, modern and clean appartment, with no wishes left open.
The view from the appartment on the mountains is maybe not the best, but the mountains are not there to look at, but to hike on :-)
