The property was extremely comfortable, clean and well equipped. The balcony had a lovely view of the surrounding mountains, including the Zugspitze. It was very peaceful in the evening and we spent a couple of relaxed evenings on the balcony. But it was also very close to the centre of Garmisch. About a 10 minute walk. Susanne and Jorge were very helpful and informative throughout our stay as well as before arrival. We have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation and would happily stay there if we visit Garmisch again.

Wir fanden die Lage der Wohnung um alles in der Gegend zu erkunden echt super. Es war in der Wohnung alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Sowohl den Bahnhof als auch die Talstation erreicht man sehr gut zu Fuß. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Während unseres Aufenthalts war das Haus sehr ruhig und es gab keine nervigen Nachbarn. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich und der Check-in komfortabel. Perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub.

The apartment is nice, balcony with a great view. Very clean. You have an well equipped kitchen. Location is very good, 10 minutes by foot to the city center, 25 min by foot to the Hausberg station. From there you can take the direct train to Zugspitze or just take ski lift for Hausberg ski. You can park your car in front of the house for free. Very good value for the money we have paid.

I don't have things that I didn't like it. Maybe for persons with kids or to much baggage, be aware that the 1 bedroom apartment is on the 2nd floor, and the steps are very narrow.
