CLEAN!!! Whole apartment with good access to the area by car or bus.

CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN, great space, if you are walking close to groceries, bus stop (with free use), e bikes/scooters etc. But we drove so close to going to zugspitze, Eibsee and only ten minutes to medieval partenkirchen . love having a kitchen and dining area. very comfortable bed.

Road noise- on a busy street but we still slept pretty good. Collecting keys- the booking website says you get keys onsite, but you have to walk a couple blocks to a hotel to get them. None of these instructions are on the booking site and we had to email back and forth to find these things out.

The property is very well located, near the bus-stops (both local and Eibsee), the apartment is very nice, with everything necessary inside. Very positive experience!

Lovely, large apartment. Great location. Helpful staff. Off street parking is wonderful.

Hard to find any real flaws with the apartment, but the sofas, that were also the beds for the kids, are very hard. Also, it’s a ground floor apartment on the main street. You have to keep the curtains closed. Those are the only things Ican think of.

Stay was good, check in was awful, because info was provided in the wrong place, at the wrong time

nothing, we were lost, the instructions about the keys came too late and were lost in the other spam, so when we got there we didn't know what to do, since no information was provided in the first email after booking and there was no info in my booking.com account in the trip details. Since internet connection was weak, we were already exhausted from the road and our hands were busy with the snowboards – we didn't manage to go through all emails sent from the booking.com to find the one line we needed.

we couldn't find the door to enter, we couldn't find a reception to collect the keys, our documents were not passed to the reception, so we had to wait we couldn't reach the host by the phone that is provided

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung,kommen wieder wenn Sie frei ist zu unserem Urlaub!

Die Lage war zentral und gut, Die Ferienwohnung war schön,die Ausstattung war auch gut. Wir waren auf einen Samstag Abend angereist. Da wollten wir zur Entspannung bisschen Fernseh gucken,stellten aber fest das es NUR öffentliche Programme gab!Der Vermieter sagte uns zu,das er den Hausmeister Berscheid sagt. Der kam tatsächlich SONNTAG morgen und wechselte den Fernseher aus,weil der andere nicht einzustellen war. Echt voll super Service! Dankeschön an den netten Hausmeister!! Jedenfalls würden wir die Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder mieten ,man hat fast alles da was man braucht

Die Schlüsselübergabe; Wir kamen am Haus an,niemand da. Bei Nachbarn geklingelt,die sagten uns das wir die in einem Hotel abholen müssten und es in einer E-Mail stand. Hab ich leider nirgendwo gelesen. Dann kann man den Vermieter nicht persönlich erreichen,nur durch E-Mail oder WhatsApp...warum? Das persönliche Gespräch im Notfall wäre wohl nicht möglich...schade...dann wäre es schön,wenn es nicht nur Vorhänge sondern auch Gardinen geben würde,weil die Wohnung ist an einer belebten Bundesstraße und wenn die Vorhänge offen sind,kann man schön hinein gucken! Wir stehen jedenfalls nicht sooo drauf :-) Mikrowelle wäre auch ganz schön,wenn man mal flott was warm machen möchte.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung in super Lage. Die Wohnung ist perfekt geschnitten und ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr ruhig und erholsam. Eine wunderschöne Aussicht aus allen Fenstern. Sehr gute Abwicklung bei Buchung, An- und Abreise. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen und können den Aufenthalt wirklich empfehlen.

Der Fernseher ließ sich leider nur auf Lautstärke max 7 stellen. Damit konnte man leider nichts verstehen, wir hatten aber eine eigene Bluetooth-Box dabei, daher war es nicht schlimm. Es hätte etwas sauberer sein können, im Badezimmer waren noch fremde Barthaare vorhanden, die Bettwäsche war teilweise fleckig. Die vor Ort bezahlten Gästekarten haben wir leider bis zur Abreise nicht erhalten.

Komfortables Quartier

Große, komfortabel eingerichtete Wohnung, schönes Bad mit Wanne, großer Balkon. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Küche war sehr klein, aber dafür gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Spülmaschine.

Der Fernsehempfang hat nicht wirklich funktioniert. Durch die nicht richtig schließende Balkontür hörte man den Lärm der Hauptstraße ziemlich laut. Beides ist nicht gravierend und kann sicherlich einfach behoben werden.
