Appartamento magnifico, curato nei dettagli. Bellissimo il soggiorno nelle tonalità dell’azzurro e il piccolo balconcino coperto.. situato in un quartiere molto bello e tranquillo .. un valore aggiunto e’ stato il posto auto in garage

Quite location, nice property, very well equipped kitchen.

The problem with this property is the management. Very poor communication with the administrator. I suggest the owner to change it. Noone is answering to the phones, to whatsapp especially starting with Friday evening and finishing with monday morning. This is not possible in tourism business. Another problem was that we foud the property cold only 12 or 14 C room temperature, not more. It took 3 days of continous heating to reach a normal temperature. in the beggining we had only 1 key, not normal as we were 3 guests. Only after 3 day we get in touch with the administrator to have a second key. One recommedation: to buy some slipers for the guests.

Really lovely apartment - spacious and very tastefully decorated and furnished. Located in a quiet residential area but within easy walking distance of the centre.

The only negative is that the bedrooms were very hot at night (even when the outside temperature was less than 20 C and the windows were open), which made it harder to sleep at night. There was no air-conditioning or fans. As a minimum, the addition of portable electric fans in the bedrooms would make them more comfortable in the summer months.
