The apartment is fully equipped and features a well-thought-out layout: a cozy bedroom with a double bed and access to the bathroom, which includes a bathtub, shower, and toilet; a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa and TV; and direct access to the sunny south-facing balcony with a magnificent mountain view. The open-concept kitchen and dining area is perfect for sharing meals and seats up to 4 people. A separate workspace with a desk is also available—perfect for anyone who wants to get some work done while on the go.

The south-facing balcony is a real highlight and offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains—ideal for relaxing in the fresh Alpine air.

Thanks to its excellent location in the center of Partenkirchen, you’ll enjoy excellent access to public transportation as well as short distances to restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. Your four-legged companion is also welcome (maximum of one pet).

Check-in is convenient via a key safe in the courtyard, allowing you to arrive flexibly and independently.

Please note: The house dates back to 1903 and exudes historic charm, while the apartment itself has been renovated in a modern style with great attention to detail. There is also a local tourist tax of €3 per person per night, which must be paid separately.
