Comfortable stay with nice extras

The apartment was very good, located in a beautiful area. Everything was spotless and well-equipped, and each apartment had its own parking space. Additionally, bus tickets were provided, which was a nice extra. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay.

If I had to mention something, the check-in and key collection were at another location on the other side of the city, the check-out time at 9 a.m. was a bit too early for us, and the shower was rather small, so the curtain would stick while showering. However, these were only minor details and did not affect the overall positive experience.

Two nights with friends in Garmisch-9 Partenkirchen

The apartment have a wonderful view from the balcony. We enjoyed to sit there and watch the mountains. The apartment was very comfortable and clean and we loved the interior. The parking at the apartment was extremely comfortable. We could highly recommend this Apartment.

The bathroom was very small. But it still have everything you need and each room had their own bathroom.

Nice, comfortable room (we stayed in apt.#1), enough for a couple, quiet, good bed, nice shower, coffee machine, complete kitchenette and the view of the mountains when you walk into the garden. We had a great stay!!!

Garmisch Gem

These appartments have everything needed for a great stay, well furnished kitchen, comfortable beds, sitting areas on balcony, and large lounging chairs in the yard. They are about 1.5k from the city center, so easy walking along the river path. There are walking paths for all levels close by. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip. The attached picture is a view from the balcony.

Perfect place in Garmisch!

Everything is perfect! We stayed at # 12, 0 level that has access to patio. The apartment is very spacious and there is assigned parking. Close proximity to coffee shops/store and bus stop. We have booked our return already!

loved the place, and would love to come back

love the amenities and the patio out back. we enjoyed all meals there. it was very quiet and right by the bus station to get into town. loved the free transportation too

unfortunately, we couldn’t open a window because there appeared to be a bunch of roaches who made a home in the sill. we also found a couple inside and that was disturbing. No AC, which we knew, but it was pretty hot at night.

Excellent facility, excellent price, convenient location.

The sofa bed was the nicest one I've ever slept on - felt like a normal bed. We LOVED having a toilet separate from the full bath - made getting ready in the morning much easier. Kitchen was well-stocked. Apartment was easy walking distance to US Army facilities. Very convenient!

I can't think of much, really. I had to be careful of the check-in/check-out times, but that's about it.

A lovely house run by lovely people with a great view

The kitchen had everything we needed, towels, a sponge, dishwater blocks and all the plates and cups you could want. The living room had a comfortable couch and the shower was warm and the pressure of the water was adjustable. We had a washer and dryer in the building and the view from out apartment was gorgeous. They had books and flyers on what to do in the neighbourhood and at arrival we could ask some tips for what types of things were must sees in the area. Everything is clean and looks relatively new and modern in design.

The shower might have been a bit small, as well as the dining table. We would have preferred to eat dinner on a larger dining table that would have easily fit in the living room. As it is right now the tv is a bit far away from the couch so we mostly watched tv and movies on our iPad. But I'm being totally nitpicky with that so other than that this place was perfect and we would recommend it to anyone we meet that want to visit Garmisch.

Great stay in a great apartment.Would definitely recommend it

The apartment was lovely,very nice decorated, cosy and with anything you may need also it was very clean and had a nice garden in the back with amazing views of the mountains where we used to have breakfast😊

I liked everything about this apartment just if so, that it was a bit far from the city center if you dont have a car but you can take the bus which take you there in around 10mins or so also it is free with the city tax card that they gave us upon arrival.We lost one of them cards and Malte very kindly replaced it next day.Thank you!!

Das Kellerappartment ist aus meiner Sicht nicht empfehlenswert.

Das Appartment Nr. 1 ist nach meiner Auffassung zu klein für eine Ferienwohnung. Die Tür des Bades stößt direkt ans Bett. Zudem ist es sehr spartanisch eingerichtet.

Het hele appartement zag er goed uit. Alle basisbenodigdheden waren aanwezig en er was een goede parkeerplek.

Nadeel was de douche. Deze was ietwat klein. Daarnaast had ik altijd voor een deur in plaats van een gordijn gekozen, maar dat is wellicht persoonlijke voorkeur.

Prima appartement, alles goed geregeld

Locatie, ruimte

Ophalen van de sleutel. Wij reisden per trein, eerst moesten we 1,3 km lopen naar Partenkirchen in het oosten, daarna nog zo’n 3,5 km naar het westen van Garmisch. We hadden met de bus kunnen gaan, maar die gaat maar 1x per uur.

Ein großer Balkon mit dieser Aussicht macht sehr glücklich!

Ausstattung war außergewöhnlich gut, alles super sauber und Betten sehr bequem, Balkone sind das Highlight wegen der fantastischen Aussicht. Getränke im Keller: große Auswahl und faire Preise! Sehr ruhige und angenehme Nachbarschaft.

Kein Bäcker geöffnet in der Nähe und ohne Auto ist es sehr schwierig den Schlüssel zu holen, weil man dann noch zum Apartment laufen muss. Auch das Einkaufen zu Fuß an der lauten Straße unangenehm. Mit Bus allerdings bequem und schnell in der Innenstadt und beim Bahnhof, das hat uns gefallen, plus mit der Gästekarte umsonst.

Für das Geld hat es sich gelohnt dort zu bleiben.

Die Lage von Apartment war super. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung, der Küche und der Badezimmer waren top. Die Ausstattung war auch einigermaßen gut.

Leider gab es in der Küche kein Ofen, dass haben wir vermisst. Die Mikrowelle war nicht unbedingt so sauber, dass man es gerne benutzt hat.

Schöner aktiver, aber dennoch erholsamer Urlaub.

Schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, ausreichend Platz, schöner Garten Würde hier auch wieder hinfahren.

Da die Busse in Garmisch nur stündlich fahren und die Unterkunft etwas am Rand liegt, mussten wir häufig Strecken zu Fuß zurücklegen. Wir waren mit Zug angereist, aber dennoch alles machbar. Tolle Landschaft, man kann schöne Wanderungen machen.

Geräumige Zimmer und alles war vorhanden.

Der Ski Keller hatte keine Heizung für die Skischuhe, somit wurden die nicht zu 100 % trocken. Dies ist noch aufbausfähig.

Insgesamt gut

Wir waren hatten das Appartement mit 3 Schlafzimmern: - Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer im EG sind schön eingerichtet und groß, man fühlt sich wohl - die Terrasse ist riesig, es befinden sich darauf ein Lounge-Tisch mit Möbeln, ein Esstisch für 6 Personen sowie ein herrlicher Hängestuhl - Gemeinschaftsgrill ist vorhanden, Grillutensilien werden problemlos vorbeigebracht - die Küche ist gut ausgestattet - die Lage ist zentral, aber dennoch ruhig

- sehr unangenehm war die erste Nachricht der Unterkunft, in der man freundschaftlich geduzt wird und gleichzeitig direkt einige unangenehme "Regeln" erläutert bekommt, bspw. dass man bis 18:00 den Schlüssel an einer ganz anderen Stelle in Garmisch abholen muss und es keine Ausnahme für die Anreisezeit gibt. Desweiteren wird einem mitgeteilt, dass man am Abreisetag das Appartement bis 9:00 verlassen haben muss. Sorry, aber das geht gar nicht. - Bad und WC ohne Tageslicht - das Bad steht nach jeder Dusche unter Wasser, da die Duschtüren nicht vernünftig abdichten. Die Dichtleisten fallen ab. Im Boden ist kein Abfluss, sodass nach jedem Duschen gewischt werden muss - die 2 Schlafzimmerfenster im UG liegen direkt an der Terrasse anderer Parteien, dadurch ergeben sich extrem unangenehme intime Situationen. - ein Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse wäre in der warmen Zeit wirklich nötig - aufgrund der fehlenden Fensterläden im Wohn-/Esszimmerbereich heizt sich das Appartement sehr stark auf
