The well-kept apartment building is situated in a sunny location on the outskirts of Garmisch. The nearest shopping facilities such as a bakery, greengrocer's and bacon store and the bus stop are approx. 5 minutes' walk away. Access to cross-country ski trails within walking distance.
The brightly furnished 4-room apartment, which extends over the ground floor and basement, has a tastefully furnished living room with a cozy couch and a Bavarian-style dining area, which is ideal for meals but also for games. From the living room you have direct access to the spacious south-facing terrace and garden. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils such as a ceramic hob, oven and microwave. The large bedroom on the ground floor has a comfortable double bed and a closet with enough space for your vacation wardrobe, while the small bedroom has a single bed and a comfortable couch. The large bathroom has a double washbasin, a bathtub with shower and a WC. An internal staircase leads to a spacious chill-out room with a large living area and flatscreen TV.
