Schöne Wohnung mit kleinen Abnutzungserscheinungen in toller Umgebung.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist top. In Grainau ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Bushaltestelle und der Bahnhof der der Zugspitzbahn sind in der Nähe.

In der Wohnung gibt es einige kleinere Mängel, die ohne großen Aufwand zu beheben wären. Hier und müsste eine Schraube festgezogen werden usw.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit Zugspitzblick

Schöne moderne Ferienwohnung mit genug Platz für Kinder. Sonderwünsche nach Babybett und Hochstuhl wurden erfüllt. Die Lage ist super. Es gibt genug Restaurants in der Nähe. Hatten einen direkten Blick auf die Zugspitze! Die GrainauCard (Gästekarte) ist inkl. Damit kann man mit der Zugspitzbahn (Zahnradbahn) unkompliziert bis Garmisch oder zum Eibsee fahren. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Türbeschläge und Klinken sind nicht sehr solide. Das selbe gilt für die Zugangstür zum Haus. Da Bettwäsche und Handtücher gestellt werden wäre es schön wenn auch ein oder zwei Geschirrtücher vorhanden wären.

leider entsprach das Appartement nicht den Erwartungen, 2 Tage vor Ankunft wurde uns ein anderes Appartement zugewiesen, das nicht die Erwartungen an Sauberkeit erfüllt hat. Es wurde somit notwendig, dass wir das Appartement wechseln müssten. Mit der Bereitstellung einer neuen Unterkunft lies sich der Verwalter, trotz Dringlichkeit, über gebührlich Zeit, sodaß wir nach unserer abendlichen Veranstaltung nachts umziehen mussten. Die Erstattung anteiliger Reisekosten wegen erheblicher Mängel, erfolgte auch erst nach wiederholter Aufforderung.

heel mooi ruim en proper appartement. Goede locatie, mooi rustig dorpje. leuk dat je op het terrasje kon zitten. De omgeving is heel mooi!!!!!!

Parkingplaats was soms wat moeilijk, gasten van restaurant namen dikwijls parkingplaats van appartementen. Verduistering in de slaapkamer, waren steeds vroeg wakker door het licht

Schönes, ruhig und zentral gelegenes Appartement, aber Informationsdefizite durch die Hausverwaltung

Sehr zentral und ruhig in Grainau gelegenes, ebenerdig gelegenes Appartement namens "Eibsee". Zwei Schlafzimmer und ein sehr großer Wohn- und Essraum mit offener Küche. Zu Bus und Zugspitzbahn in 5 Minuten.

Es wurden entgegen der Grainauer Kurbeitragssatzung keine Kurkarten ausgehändigt, stattdessen musste man sich die Loisl-App aufs Handy herunterladen. Dies funktioniert zwar grundsätzlich auch, aber es gibt Leute, die nicht handyaffin sind, die im Urlaub ihr Handy nicht nutzen wollen oder Dank technischer Probleme nicht nutzen können (was natürlich bei einer Fahrt mit der Zugspitzbahn prompt passierte). Die "digitale Gästemappe" war ebenfalls nutzlos, sinnvolle Angaben wie z.B. die Heizung geregelt werden kann, fehlten. Leider war die Verwaltung des Appartements telefonisch nicht erreichbar, was aber angesichts der Osterfeiertage nachvollziehbar ist. Zum Appartement selbst gibt es nur kleinere Verbesserungsvorschläge: ein offenes (d.h. nicht passwortgeschütztes) WLAN gefährdet sicherheitstechnisch unbedarfte Nutzer; die Beschreibung des Standortes der Mülltonnen in der digitalen Gästemappe war nicht nachvollziehbar; für das Appartement gibt es einen Schlüsselbund mit zwei Schlüsseln, wobei der Zweck des zweiten Schlüssels trotz Ausprobierens diverser nahegelegener Schlösser nicht herausgefunden wurde. Hinweis nur für hörsensible Personen: Im Schlafzimmer links ist morgens das leichte Dröhnen/ Brummen eines elektrischen Geräts zu hören (vielleicht aus dem angrenzenden Restaurant oder der Wohnung oben). Hinweis für Autofahrer: In der Hauptsaison kann es schwierig werden, einen kostenfreien Parkplatz zu finden.
