Wonderful Place

We had a wonderful stay at Alpenchalet. The place was exactly what we anticipated.

We payed €50 for cleaning but had to dispose the trash at the end ourselves. We were reminded vegetal times that the dirt bins are our responsibility!?!

Cosy and Welcoming

I loved my stay at the property. The host Magdalene was so warm and welcoming, she really made my stay. I loved the garden and views of the mountains. my room and shared living-area had a cosy bavarian feel. breakfast was nice with bread, jam, meats, cheese, yogurt and teas available. Its a 15 minute walk to Grainau village and the walk is really pretty.

The entrance door was a little difficult to lock / unlock, when it would heat up on warm days, which was annoying

Location is wonderful , home like feeling, I loved the Bavarian style, design, architecture,decor is not like IKEA, all facilities available,the host was happy to help with our enquiry, they were understanding to let us stay 2 h more after the check out time

FINGER WEG!

Bis auf die Aussicht können wir leider nichts positives mehr berichten.

Wir hatten eine Woche gebucht. Nach einiger Zeit sind uns Dinge aufgefallen, die die Vermutung aufkommen ließen, dass jemand in unserer Abwesenheit in der Wohnung war. Wir haben eine Kamera aufgestellt und unsere Vermutung hat sich bestätigt. Der Vermieter war in unserer Abwesenheit mehrfach in der Wohnung. Wir haben ihn in Beisein der Polizei zur Rede gestellt. Erst wurde alles abgestritten, dann wäre angeblich das Fenster im Badezimmer offen gewesen. Keinerlei Einsicht seitens des Vermieters. Für ihn ist das selbstverständlich. Er hat auf seine Hausordnung verwiesen. Wir haben Anzeige erstattet und sind 3 Tage eher abgereist. Egal welcher Kommentar hier vom Vermieter folgen sollte und egal welche positiven Kommentare vorher geschrieben wurden, Finger weg von dieser Unterkunft. Das war nicht das erste Mal. Lest den Kommentar vom 03.01.24! Als Dank haben wir eine Anzeige wegen angeblicher Sachbeschädigung erhalten.

Die Besitzerin Magdalena hat uns zu jeder Frage eine zufriedene Antwort gegeben. Vom großen Balkon schaut man auf die Zugspitze und den Waxstein. Wunderschönes Panorama. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen.......

Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Wir hatten für 8 Tage die Wohnung Alpspitze gebucht. Vorab schon sehr netter Emailaustausch mit Frau Magdalena. Am Anreisetag waren wir sehr früh da und durften ganz unkompliziert sofort in die Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, viel Platz um eigene Sachen abzustellen, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Unübertreffbar ist der Blick vom großen Balkon, man sieht die Berge von der Alp- bis zur Zugspitze. Auch der Blick in den wunderschönen, gepflegten Garten ist herrlich. Der Balkon ist großzügig überdacht, so dass man auch bei Regen draußen sitzen kann. Unser Auto konnten wir getrost 8 Tage stehen lassen. Restaurants, Schwimmbad, Minigolf, Bahnhof, alles ist fußläufig in 10 - 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Und ansonsten kann man gratis Bus und Bahn nutzen. Frau Magdalena "bewirtschaftet" ihr Ferienhaus mit soviel Liebe und Hingabe, sie war immer ansprechbar und hat viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge, zu Fuß, mit der Bahn, mit der Gondel, mit oder ohne Einkehr.... Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, wurden von Frau Magdalena sehr liebevoll und herzlich in Empfang genommen und würden jederzeit wieder das Alpenchalet Zum Jeremia buchen. Liebe Frau Magdalena, zum Abschluss noch einmal von ganzem Herzen alles Gute nachträglich zu Ihrem Geburtstag!

Perfekter Wanderurlaub in Grainau! :)

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war perfekt gelegen und klassisch bayerisch eingerichtet – sehr gemütlich und mit Liebe zum Detail. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die super nette Hausbesitzerin, die uns herzlich empfangen hat. Das WLAN war kostenlos und funktionierte einwandfrei. Jeden Morgen gab es frische Brötchen, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Alles hat problemlos funktioniert – genau so, wie man es sich im Urlaub wünscht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Wundervolles Apartment mit Top Ausblick

Der Aufenthalt bei Alpenchalet Zum Jeremia war wundervoll, der Ausblick purer Genuss und die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer waren top sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Unser Hund wurde auch liebevoll aufgenommen und wir werden das nächste mal aufjedenfall länger bleiben! Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, man kommt schnell überall hin und in der nähe (10 Minuten Fußweg) ist eine Busstation. Frühstück hatten wir leider selbst dabei aber ich bin ziemlich sicher dass Magdalena dieses sehr schön angerichtet hätte. Man wird hier herzlich erwartet. Vielen Dank Magdalena und bis bald

Fantastisch 🤩

De ligging is zeer mooi; prachtig uitzicht, heel rustig gelegen. En toch vind je op loopafstand enkele restaurants en supermarkten. Het appartement is met liefde ingericht en onderhouden. De bedden waren heerlijk, en het appartement was heerlijk ruim. De eigenaresse is zeer vriendelijk.

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Eigenlijk was alles perfect! Maar als ik dan een heel klein puntje van kritiek moet noemen zou het fijn zijn als er iets meer bestek is.
