The apartments are located a three-minute drive from the ski lift. Gorgeous view from the window. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. There is a grocery store within walking distance. Close to the center of Garmisch, with the main Christmas tree, restaurants, and shops.

Spacious appartment with great view !

The panoramic appartment had lots of space and the view was amazing. The owner was also very welcoming and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend !

A cozy place to stay and rest in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

This is a spacious and carefully furnished apartment. Everything is very clean and comfortable. There are three large grocery stores and a bus stop within walking distance, but there is no noise or traffic bustle as the house is located around the corner on a parallel street. Perhaps my explanation is not entirely clear now, but I am sure that you will positively appreciate its location on site. Thank you very much and best wishes.

Location was good, view was great. A nice, cozy loft in a quiet location. Easy check in.

It could have been more clean (which it wasn't, especially the floor. Owner also took a long time to answer, even though he seemed friendly.

Highly recommended

The apartment is very spacious. The location is good, relatively close to the center and with two supermarkets a few steps away. It is on a quiet street without outside noise. It's well equipped with everything we needed. It was a comfortable stay at a good value and we would love to come back.

The WiFi connection was somewhat frustrating, it kept disconnecting and we had to log back in all the time. It is also worth mentioning that in general it's a little under-illuminated, especially the kitchen where the light is dim. A few modern LED bulbs could fix it. But those are minor things and overall it's a good apartment.

Everyone has already mentioned but the view from this apartment is the best. The most important reason for me to choose this accomodation is also because of the view. And it is even beyond my expectation. The host is also very very nice. He supported a lot during the times we were there. I need some information about Garmisch that cannot be found easily from the internet and he is super supportive with that. The apartment has everything within, very convenient.

Beautiful apartment and host. Would love to come back

Spectacular apartment with wonderful views! Tobias was so helpful and it was truly appreciated. We ended up having to leave at a ridiculous hour 5am and Tobias kindly found someone to drive us to the station as we were having troubles with everything (websites being in German). A trip up to the Zugspitze is definitely worth it We only wished we could have stayed longer, it is such a beautiful area and the people are gorgeous.

Our daughter found the sofa bed uncomfortable so chose to sleep on the lounge instead.

Fantastic views and lots of space! A welcome respite from hotels in a great location.

Location, location, location! It's a 2 minute walk to two grocery stores and lots of shopping, and the views off the back porch were INCREDIBLE! We ended every day with an Aperol Spritz on the patio, watching the gondola ascend up the zugspitze. Tobias, the host, was also communicative and helpful. He recommended a walk/lake nearby as we waited for our room to be ready (we arrived two hours early) and we ended up having one of the most memorable outings of our trip.

It would be helpful if local holidays/store closures were made more obvious. Apparently a Thursday was a holiday and everything was closed, including grocery stores.

Everything about the property was great, including the amenities and host. Host was incredibly helpful and responsive, felt that we were in good hands during our stay there. The property was exactly as shown in the pictures as listed.

Amazing service and panoramic view

I like everything about the property! The flat was very homey and lovely, especially the view. You wake up with an amazing mountain view. The flat was already equipped with kitchen utilities and basic ingredients which is nice for cooking time with families or friends. It was easy to check in as well without needing to meet the owner in person. Tobias is also a nice and relax owner.

5 Nights In Garmisch-Partenkirchen

The view from the panoramic loft as you gaze at the mountains through the sloped roof windows, is the first thing that takes your breath away. We were here with our 3 young children, and there were plenty of sleeping spots for all 5 of us between the double bed in the bedroom and the sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen was well equipped and served our needs perfectly. The location itself is very convenient, with 2 supermarkets located just a 1 min walk away (it's practically downstairs). Free parking on site made life easy too. And Yeti, the host, is always so warm and friendly when we bump into him. All in all, 10/10 will definitely come again.

For long stays, a washer and dryer would be great.

Great views front and back. Only stayed 2 nights but easily big enough for a couple or a family for a week. Tobias could not have been more helpful, even going as far as to make a restaurant reservation for me at his favourite place!
