Breakfast was great. We loved particularly the croissants!!!! The location is lovely and the ambience of common areas very cozy.
The room, #3, was very very small for two people and regrettably very smelly and dark. Just as an example if the door of the bathroom is open one of the guests cannot enter it (it has to first close the door and then enter). This was an even bigger problem for my husband in crutches.

Beautiful aesthetic. They really paid attention to every detail. Staff was kind and super friendly, the breakfast was amazing every morning, and the whole place really is a little oasis in the property.

We were greeted nicely and all of our needs were attended swiftly and in full. Our room was very spacious and sparkling clean. The breakfast was simple, but delicious. We really liked the property whose historical character was kept in place during its renovation.
Though this was not a major dislike, AC in the room was too loud. It would be great if they could find a solution for this.

Good location towards the top end of kloof street.
A pretty old Victorian building, and we love the Noah brand.
The 4 posted bed in the King Suite is a nice touch, and the little garden is very pretty, with nice garden sofas.
The breakfasts are very good and the service is personal.
We have previously stayed at Noah House, and unfortunately amé doesn’t quite live up to the very high standard set by Noah House. I think perhaps there is more energy going into Noah than amé, or perhaps it is just early days, but amé felt extremely quiet and without the nice little perks of Noah (aperitivo/nice things to buy from local brands), so it was a slight disappointment. I expect they are also in the process of renovating. We stayed in the King Suite and it was nice, but felt a little tired and one of the windows actually didn’t lock. The room was huge but the bathroom was small, and for a suite, I think it could have benefited from a bath- but maybe this is to come. It was also a little dark.
However I am speaking from a very privileged position having been spoiled previously at Noah House and overall it is a very beautiful property with a lot of potential and great service.

The staff were exceptional, a special mention to Richard for looking after us during our stay. The property was tranquil and peaceful, making it feel like we were at home. Highly recommend booking the Landy Sundowners which was certainly a highlight of our trip. Thank you to the entire team for going above and beyond.

I absolutely loved the staff at Kaap Moi, Sheldon and team were very lovely and welcoming. Always going above and beyond to make sure my stay was memorable. I remember my phone found itself in a sticky situation it was all hands on deck and they retrieved my phone. The setting of the house was also really lovely and made it very homely
The stay was great but I found my room to be very tiny. Not what I had seen on the image and expected.

Beautiful and great location and friendly staff. Very accommodating and great breakfast.
Little bit noisy, but if you are not sensitive, should not be a problem. Older Victorian properties unfortunately have that draw back, but its part of the charm.

Great service from start to finish, the staff are exceptional and can't do enough for you, a fantastic breakfast in a very quiet safe residential area.
A little noisy during breakfast times due to the proximity of the kitchen to guest rooms but this a very minor issue.

Great location, easy to Uber to restaurants on Camps Bay etc. Would definitely recommend the larger rooms for more space. The large beds were fab. Very secure property too on a safe, quiet road. We used the pool every day, so clean and sunbeds with towels were great.
Nothing to add.

A magical find in a perfect location for exploring Cape Town. The house is beautifully and so tastefully decorated but not flashy. The gardens are wonderful and peaceful - even managed a quick dip in the very refreshing pool.
Service was excellent and the breakfasts delicious.
One of the best places I've stayed at in years, would definitely return to and recommend.
Nothing, all great.

The staff at Kaap Mooi are exceptional and one of the main reasons for our return visit for a long weekend and with my mother, who was visiting Africa for the first time. Chris is an excellent host and he has hired equally extraordinary staff, especially Rachel who took such wonderful care of us during our all too brief four night stay. Everyone else who helped us check in and took care of the breakfast offerings were all at their A game!! Kaap Mooi is a stylish boutique hotel with many places to relax both indoors and outside. It's a pleasant walk downhill to numerous restaurants and cafes and even a bit further to the Company's Garden, the Slave Lodge Museum, and Green Market Square if you're up for a longer jaunt.
There is nothing to criticize. This team have their game at 100% and you will feel well taken care of in this cozy, bespoke hotel. Can't wait to return for our next visit in the summer months!

the interior is very beautiful and people are very warm and welcoming
we stayed in august that’s why we didn’t sit in the garden or near the pool, but I’m sure the territory is awesome in summer in South Africa
we’ve chosen the small room, I knew it, but it appeared to be extremely small) and as well in five days we got used to breakfast — every day there is English breakfast, wanted to have something else … porridge or pancake )
