Highly recommended, stylish hotel with excellent hostess
It was a beautiful and stylish property and we felt extremely welcomed by Cecile. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. She booked a fantastic restaurant for our dinner and helped us out by letting us store our bags after check out. We would have loved to have stayed longer and will recommend to family and friends visiting Cape Town. Breakfast is great on the terrace with lots of produce sourced from local businesses.

Wonderful.
Fantastic historic hotel in a vibrant eclectic part of Cape Town Room was comfortable with everything you would need. Host and all staff were very helpful, cheerful and went out of their way to help. All in all fantastic few days in a brilliant hotel in a wonderful city. We will be back.

Nice boutique hotel with South-African/French flair in walkable area
Nice 2y old boutique hotel in walkable Kloof St. area, with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars around. Friendly French host/owner, eye for details in the interior. Nice library and art all around the house. Good for Europeans: Plenty of F-Type sockets (D, F, E, etc.). Parking was seamless. Area seemed (and was confirmed by locals) to be safe at daylight, but we also walked after sunset as it was quite lively.

A perfect stay at a beautiful hotel
Great quiet location close to Kloofstreet. We received a warm welcome. Cecille is a marvelous host that spares no effort to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We had a spacious, modern room with excellent beds, bath and shower. A delicious healthy breakfast with a french twist. After our plane had a delayed departure we were quickly welcomed back. Overall a very recommendable place to stay!

Perfect
The host was so incredibly welcoming and helpful. We wished we had longer to stay to be honest. The location is perfect and the property, including wonderful artwork and lighting, was really special.

Wonderful place to stay in Cape Town - I can fully recommend!
This is a simply wonderful place in Cape Town. Main things to highlight: - The owner is just WONDERFUL - she is unbelievably kind and caring. She was helping with EVERYHTING, e.g. she gave me her raincoat when it was raining outside and I didn't have anything to wear. Thanks so much!! - The location in Cape Town is great - its super central, you are just nearby the Kloof St (supermarkets, great restaurants; really everything you need) but at the same time its very quiet and safe! - The place is completely new, clean and just beautiful

great experience in a lovely and cozy hotel
The location is great as it’s just behind the Kloof street where there are lots of cafes, restaurant and a small mall. It is good that it was on parallel street as it wasn’t noisy at all. The room was really nice and cozy with new facilities and everything that you need included. Even when you have a lot of activities during the day, you could come back to a comfy room in the hotel and have good rest. The room was cleaned every day and very nicely. Cleanness was quiet an important thing for us as when we were choosing a hotel on booking we saw a lot of reviews for many locations with a poor cleaning service. iGadi didn’t disappoint us! The owner Cecile was very friendly and accommodating, she gave us vouchers for a free ice cream which was delicious!
We had a very positive experience overall! There are only small things I could think of. TV in the room included Netflix which was set up in local language and we didn’t know how to change it to English 😂 it was a quick fix but we didn’t want to disturb Cecile with it, so we adjusted and it wasn’t a big deal. One night we were sleeping with an open window and there were a couple of mosquitos in the room, it would be great to have something against them to plug in.
