    Canopy by Hilton Cape Town Longkloof I stayed at Canopy by Hilton Cape Town Longkloof from 8–11 December 2025, and honestly, I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with the biggest smiles and such genuine kindness from the staff. I immediately felt safe, welcomed and looked after. Every interaction I had with the team was warm and professional, and it really made my stay feel special. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean. Every time I stepped out of my room, I would see members of the housekeeping team busy at work, and it was clear that maintaining the hotel's high standards was something they took great pride in. The breakfast was another highlight. The buffet had a fantastic selection, but the omelette deserves a special mention — absolutely delicious! I unfortunately didn't get the opportunity to try the lunch or dinner menu during this stay, but I am already looking forward to doing so one day. A special thank you to the concierge team as well. They went above and beyond to make me feel safe, even speaking with my Uber drivers and making sure they knew to bring me back to the hotel safely. Those little gestures meant so much to me as a solo traveller. The location was also perfect. The hotel is conveniently located close to shops, the post office, a chemist, restaurants and a wonderful selection of cafés, making it incredibly easy to get around and enjoy the area. Most importantly, I genuinely miss the people. Thank you to the entire team at Canopy by Hilton Cape Town Longkloof for making my stay so comfortable, safe and memorable. Your kindness and hospitality did not go unnoticed. I hope to return one day — and when I do, I hope to see many of the same familiar smiling faces. ❤️
