Great apartment to stay for longer.

Apartment was great and clean itself - with some flaws, but definitely positive overall. Located on the boarder of ZTL so using a car from there as a starting point was great. Its +/- 30 minutes walk form "everywhere" so you can make your steps without the need to use public transport. Supermarket pretty close as well.

Little things only - nothing that could ruin the stay. The parking spot is tight yes. Placed between wall and a covered Van on the other side but still lots of space to just park the back of the car in the spot and have the front stand out to safely leave the car. The apartment is lacking mosquito nets - and that could be useful those little buggers are persistent ^^ Some furniture needed fixing and one of the bed could use tightening the screws. Could definitely use more plates and kitchenware but all in all its there - the basics. The TV is big but too old for its smart functions so be prepared if you want to watch netflix or other :) Remember to install Aprilo! app to open the trash bins outside :P

We were satisfied in every aspect of our 4 days stay in this apartment and will surely recommend.

The location was great, one can walk around and the centrum was quick to reach.. food store like Esselunga was just around the corner and the coffee shops and pizza parlor was stone throw away.

Nice apartment, not so nice or helpful staff

It is a renovated apartament, the furniture is quite new and it basically offers everything that you may need.

The apartment seems clean, but it's not really clean, the dust hasn't been wiped in months, they even didn't take out the garbage from the previous guests. The most annoying things was the entrance door. The keys they gave us do not work properly on none of the doors and there are 3 doors. We spent 1.5 hours to open the apartment door and nobody was answering their phones. They knew the door was broken or needed some repairing but they assured us we will manage. After we complained that we were stranded for 1.5 hours and nobody was answering the phone to help us they sent someone who fixed it. That was a huuuuge set back for us, all the time stressed whether we can enter the apartment or not. The door downstairs was not working properly either and it took a while to open it as well.

Good located but not maintained

Good location. Big apartment. Plenty of hot water in a shower. Nice balcony , parking.

Not very clean, many mosquitoes in the evening. No curtain on the windows, the blinds are broken and not closing properly, so you have much sunlight early in the morning. We had a problem with electricity, it felt twice.

Clean........... BUT.......

The property is located close to the bus station, tram station and a supermarket. The place is clean and spacious and it has a private yard with a parking lot for those who want to rent a car and visit Toscana.

We had to wait for about 20 minutes in front of the building for someone to come and check us in. Although we offered exact information from the very moment we were in the train from Pisa to Florence and indicated the moment we arrive there seemed to be a preferance for other guests to be checked before us in other locations. Not to mention the rain was about to start.....The apartment does not have a hair dryer as it is mentioned in the description of the place and that represented a problem since my wife and my daugher have long hair. It only haid a hair styling brush that could not fulfill the needs. When we kindly asked Pascal about the hair dryer, he said he would talk to the agency.....and then no other information was offered.. until we left.....Moreover, the walls are not well isolaled and we could hear every little noise, for instance when somebody was flushing the water in the bathroom, when they used the chairs in the apartment above, when they talked or wallked in the aprtment above, though from the moment we arrived we were warned not to make noise since there are neghbours in the building who do not like noise.....very unusual....since we were gone the whole day visiting Florence. Also, we did not have enough garbage bags (only 3)....there were only 2 toilet paper rolls...we stayed there for 6 nights and paid quite a sum of money........therefore the place was ok....BUT.......they should pay attention to many details that make the difference!

La ubicación está bien. Es cercana al centro de Florencia; se puede ir caminando y es un paseo agradable. El piso es espacioso y el mobiliario nuevo (IKEA). Las terrazas del piso están bien, una con mejores vistas que la otra, aunque ambas internas. Se agradece la cochera (parking) en el edificio, aunque es importante saber que es para vehículos medianos.

Pocas indicaciones sobre aspectos logísticos en Florencia (Ej.: se necesita una aplicación para abrir los cubos de basura en la calle, la temperatura del piso no puede superar los 19º y no se puede prender la calefacción hasta cierta fecha). Los aires acondicionados no funcionaban para dar calor. Algo compleja la gestión de las llaves (un sólo juego, asociados a la electricidad del edificio, imposible de separar)

L’emplacement

Personnel rencontre début pour la remise des clés puis disparu de la circulation malgré appel téléphonique maintefois impossible de restituer les clés car personne nous contacte pour donner la démarche l’appartement très mal isolé on entend tout des voisins la climatisation ne fonctionne pas et l’eau chaude est intermittente bref très mécontent en particulier impossible de joindre le personnel aussi bien le numéro affiché sur le voucher ainsi que le numéro de la personne qui a remis les clés À deconseiller vu le prix ( plus de 150 euros par nuit)
