Friendly host who was very unintrusive with a great pizzeria round the corner!

The apartment had all we needed for a short city stay. Very clean, comfortable beds and a lovely host. A short walk to the tram passing some local cafes and a bakery, then just a few stops into central Florence. The tram service is frequent and reliable.

Quiality staff, quality stuff

Everything was fine. The apartment is huge and the location is ok. It's about a 15-20mins walk to the city center which is not that bad. The host is kind. Confortable and quality fits perfectly. Had an amazing stay in this apartment. Thank you all!!

Fast response from Merin and her helpful attitude. Location is okay and within 500 meters from public transport. Grocery store is also available nearby.

Amazing location and the host was really nice.

The location is great and accessible to the City center by Tram. If you come a car you need to tell them in advance otherwise no parking is really accessible. Rooms are big and clean with AC in each room. There is grocery store around the corner and if you are hungry the pizza place around the building is absolutely yummy and cheap.

Everything was great but the place is not as comfortable for more than four people. Air-conditioned rooms fit only 4 people. This should not be a problem if you go in winter or if you don't mind the heat.

The common area had no air conditioning and it was really hot.

Nice base to explore Florence

Everything was perfect. The owner is very kind. The apartment near to the tram station so you can easy the achieve the city center. If you travel by car the garage opposite the apartment is exquisite choice.

The flat was clean, modern, spacious and comfortable, in a nice area with good breakfast options and nearby supermarkets.

There was some inevitable noise from the mopeds in the street and from the nearby pizzeria until it closed.

Ten minutes to central

Location is very good, 10 mins by tram to the central station or Duomo area. Apartment is very clean and tidy. Supermarket is 5 mins by walk. There are several restaurants in walking distance. I particularly liked Pizza restaurant on the corner! Thanks to Meri staff for making it happen! Lady speaks good English, too.

Perfect address for a (short) holiday or long weekend

Communication with the host Meri. The municipality was just renewing the water supply and as a result there was possibly (temporarily) no water. Meri informed us so we wouldn't be surprised. Parking in the private garage was perfect!

It was a cosy nicely decorated appartement. There was plenty of room to sleep for at least 4 People. We had the possibility to cook/shower,.. The owner was Very Nice and easy accesible for questions. Very close to stores/tram station. We had a good stay in Florence at meri's appartement.

Parfait pour un séjour en famille

L'appartement de Meri est idéalement situé à quelques minutes du centre 5 arrêts de tram. C'est un quartier résidentiel tranquille . Nombreux commerces d'alimentation aux alentours. Idéal comme depart de ballades à pied. 20 min du parc des cascine À 5 min à pied de l'arrêt de tram Idéal aussi pour le retour à l'aéroport Merci Meri à une autre fois peut-être !

C'est subjectif mais n'étant pas habituée à la ville première nuit difficile de s'endormir mais me quartier est calme

Proximité arrêt tramway et des commerces/resto Appartement sur 2 étages spacieux et très bien équipé Très bon accueil

Stationner dans cette zone est en revanche un gros gros problème!!

Appartamento pulito e ordinato, letto comodo

Il bagno al piano inferiore lontano dalle camere da letto non è comodo. Un po’ di rumore notturno macchine e moto, me lo aspettavo più tranquillo non essendo proprio centrale
