Perfect for our family girls trip.

Wonderful host and the place was perfect! Close enough to catch the train to Duomo and other places, but far enough to avoid the city noise. It’s decorated beautifully and I’m so glad we found this place!

Great location

It’s great location and the owner was super easy and fast to respond any time you may need it.

We had cold shower on the first day because someone turned the water heater off, but the owner was there to fix it very fast.

Superb

The location is great, we've walked every day to city centre (about 2,2km).It's a cosy little house with all the comfort from home.The parking is free in front of the house. The hosts are very helpful and kind. Silvia and Milco, thank you very much for our wonderful stay in Florence (and for the wine bottle.. delicious, by the way...😉).

We've missed a coffee machine(for more than one person).

If was all renovated exactly like the pictures on booking 20min from the city centre with the tram. Tran T2 stop Liceo da Vinci. Nice, Quiet residential area with a supermarket around the corner. Very comfy for our family.

The boiler was noisy but you can’t predict these things. This wouldn’t stop me for staying again.
