Beautiful property in a wonderful location. Felt quiet and peaceful whilst only 10 mins from central Florence.
The showers were very weak and temperamental with hot water and pressure cutting off intermittently.

Staff was outstanding! Always friendly and accommodating. They had great recommendations for places to eat. Homemade pasta for lunch and dinner was excellent. Loved that the pool was chlorine free. Location was lovely. Beds were comfortable. Great breakfast.
Wifi was spotty in some of the rooms. There was 7 of us and if you didn’t drive taxi fares into Florence and restaurant added up. Just something to be aware of. The staff always got us taxis which was wonderful.

He warned us not to play outside with a ball (it was away from the apartment, near the parking area on the grass). His reason was that we were being disrespectful to others (although the chalet was not full, only 2–3 couples were there). The lady at the reception was very helpful and friendly. On the first day, the room was very cold. On the second day, it was fine.
