Excellent place to stay for 2-3 people on a low budget. Close to downtown, airport & train

I loved this quaint, off the beaten path apartment! It had everything we needed. Also very close to tram that took us directly into downtown Florence city center and train station to far off locations (cinque terre and Lucca) very easy to navigate!

Not much, it had everything we needed. I might suggest adding to your directions that when getting keys from the lock box that the gate you go into is across the street, we were looking for it on the same side of the street as the lock box so it took us a bit to find it given it was 11:00pm but not a big deal.

Great courtyard and location!

The property is set back in the block making it nice and quiet. It has a very lovely front courtyard which was private. While a bit out of town, the bus stop is right out the front and it was really easy to get around. The property was well sized and would be ideal for 1 person.

- It was very hot inside the property. - Basic comforts are missing and the expectation of the host is that the guest supplies their own dishwashing liquid, clean dish clothes, dishwasher tablets, washing machine liquid and some other basic cleaning items. This is not listed on the ad so we were not prepared.

Gestrice davvero molto disponibile e gentile dalla consegna delle chiavi a suggerimenti su visite e ristoranti; ci ha omaggiato anche una bottiglia di vino. La posizione è molto comoda perché vicino alla tramvia (qualche minuto a piedi). Contesto molto carino e silenzioso. Appartamento spazioso per un breve soggiorno. CONSIGLIATO!

Difficoltà a trovare parcheggio in zona. Un suggerimento: dotare la cucina di una tovaglia e qualche strofinaccio.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein traumhaft wundervoller Urlaub. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, ordentlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Lage war sehr ruhig. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel waren wenige Meter entfernt. Mit einem ausgedehnten Spaziergang war das Zentrum Florenz auch gut erreichbar. Wir haben das sehr gerne eingebaut. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants greifbar entfernt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und jederzeit zu erreichen, wenn man Fragen oder Probleme hat. Das Einchecken war super organisiert und problemlos.

Wenn man doch abendlich mal im TV etwas ansehen wollte, waren leider nur italienische Sender vorhanden. Aber das ist "Meckern auf hohem Niveau" Es gibt sonst nichts auszusetzen.

TOP-Adresse - jederzeit wieder gerne!

Sehr nette Gastgeber, sehr bemüht, unkompliziert! Perfekte Lage! Gute Verbindungen zum Flughafen und in die Innenstadt. Letzteres fußläufig in ca. 30 Minuten. Ruhige Oase inmitten des Trubels. Kleine "Läden"/Restaurants und der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Eigene gemütliche Terrasse.

Il loft si trova in una posizione strategica: è vicino alla fermata del tram che consente di raggiungere il centro di Firenze in pochi minuti. Ambiente confortevole e pulito, non mancava davvero nulla!a pochi metri ci sono due ristoranti e una gran pasticceria.Proprietari davvero fantastici e sempre disponibili. Consigliatissimo.
