The “DA LUIGI PIO” apartment is located in the west of Florence, beneath the hills of Soffiano, Marignolle, and Bellosguardo. Situated on a raised ground floor accessible by five steps, it offers a pleasant view of a colorful oleander garden.
The tram stop, with service every 5 minutes, is just 50 meters from the entrance gate. In 12 minutes, you can reach Florence’s Central Station, making the entire historic center—including the Uffizi, Bargello, Pitti Palace, Accademia, and Ponte Vecchio—easily accessible. All major monuments and churches rich in history are within a 1.5-kilometer radius.
The apartment features an entrance hall, a spacious kitchen with a table and six chairs, a utility room, a living room with a TV area, a sofa that converts into a double bed, and a dining area for six. The corridor, separated by a glass partition, leads to the sleeping area with two double bedrooms and a bathroom equipped with a bathtub, shower, bidet, toilet, hairdryer, and towel warmer. Sheets, blankets, pillows, towels of all sizes, and bathrobes are provided.
