Very good place to stay

I stayed here while attending training at the Baker Hughes Training Center, which is very close to the apartment. It’s about a 15-minute walk (1.1 km) to the Novoli – Regione Toscana tram station. It’s very nice to stay in an apartment instead of a hotel room. The cleaning service twice a week is excellent. The kitchen is well equipped with a two-burner cooktop, cooking utensils, and a medium-sized fridge with a small freezer. There’s also a nice table to sit and enjoy your meals.

I would like to share a few observations about the apartment: The apartment should be equipped with wine glasses, but none are available at the moment. There is no dish soap or sponge for washing small items, which would be very useful. The curtain is transparent at night, allowing people outside to see inside the apartment, which affects privacy.

Great apartment if you are ok with cleaning once a week

The apartment was spacious and had almost everything you could need. Free parking was useful especially in Italy. A supermarket was close by for necessities.

First, I was surprised that cleaning is only once a week since it is an apartment and not part of the hotel, which I really didn't appreciate. Second, the location is kind of isolated which makes it very quiet in the evening, but not walking distance to anything entertaining.

Loved the swimming pool

The apartments are brandnew, clean and stylish. Beautiful surroundings. The swimmingpool was our favourite, also new and very clean. The staff was very friendly. It is located a bit out of the city area but easy to take a tram downtown (15 min walk + 15 min tramride). Highly recomand it 😀

A pleasant experience!

It was located out of the city center. Tram station and bus station was 7 to 9 minutes of walking from where we stayed, and around 15 to 20 minutes with the tram or bus to arrive at the city center. The staff was very kind and willing to help, especially Luan, with whatever question you had about moving around the city.

oltre le aspettative, un'oasi nella città, edifici storici ristrutturati con cura e gusto, giardino curato, piscina pulita e mai affollata perchè non aperta al pubblico, parcheggio privato dedicato alla struttura. ho provato i servizi dell'albergo (colazione e cena) sono rimasto pienamente soddisfatto.

Posto ben ristrutturato ma scarsa pulizia

Il complesso con gli appartamenti e la piscina è molto carino e ristrutturato di recente. Peccato che tutto intorno abbiano costruito palazzoni in cemento orribili che rovinano il paesaggio.

Ho pernottato nella struttura 6 notti e non hanno mai fatto il letto o le pulizie e ho dovuto chiamare al quinto giorno per chiedere almeno degli asciugamani puliti. Con quello che ho pagato mi aspettavo almeno un minimo di servizio pulizia. Inoltre la gestione degli appartamenti è la stessa dell’hotel adiacente quindi non capisco perché non possano gestire meglio la pulizia delle camere.

Struttura pulita ed elegante, dotata di tutto ciò(o quasi) che possa servire durante una mini vacanza

1)Non mi è piaciuto che ci hanno dato una camera sbagliata e una volta che se ne sono accorti ed essendo noi usciti,hanno trasportato le nostre cose nella camera "giusta" senza la nostra presenza 2)non c'è macchina del caffè come scritto,c'è un bollitore che "dovrebbe" fare un caffè forse all'americana 3) al bar della piscina non abbiamo mai trovato nessuno che ci servisse,neanche negli orari indicati 4) la posizione ,non è vicina al centro,occorre un auto

Guter Ausgangspunkt in die Altstadt.

Die Wohnung gehört zu einem Hotelkomplex und den Schlüssel erhielten wir an der Rezeption. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Sehr schöne, große und saubere Wohnung, alles vorhanden. Kostenloser Parkplatz, kostenloses WLAN. Frühstück wurde im Hotel angeboten (€ 10/Person). Die Tram-Station nach Florenz oder Flughafen erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
