Lovely place, great hosts, fabulous location.

The hosts were fabulous; both Eugenio and Marta were very responsive, clear and accommodating. The apartment was clean, spacious and full of light. The outdoor space was incredible, however for us it was a bit too chilly outside to fully enjoy it. We'd love to experience this in the summer. We had an amazing time.

The noise from the rubbish collection outside (5 am, several loud trucks every day). Restaurants throwing glass bottles in the recycling bins at 1 am. In general, there is a lot of noise in the neighbourhood. Recommend earplugs!

Would recommend this place to stay if travelling to Florence!

Eugenio was amazing right from when we arrived! It was our first time in Italy and he made us feel very welcome. He provided us with a bottle of wine and some local cookies to celebrate our honeymoon. The newly renovated suite was beautiful and clean, and had a gorgeous courtyard that we enjoyed in the evening. He gave us recommendations of areas to visit. Any question we had regarding the suite, he would show up to answer us within minutes. Highly recommend this spot!

Flexible for any size group. Beautifully renovated. Attentive host.

Beautiful renovated house near porta Romana. Gorgeous place, amazing garden, comfortable rooms and a great, responsive host. There are 4 one bedroom apartments on the first floor, a five bedroom with the huge garden on the second, and two two bedroom places on the third floor. You can mix and match for any size group. We rented a one BR, a 2 BR, and the big place for a family get together. It was perfect. The neighborhood is a mile from ponte veccio and has a quieter, more local vibe. The bus stop at porta romana let you get a to lots of places quickly - we went to sienna in an hour. This place is what vacation rentals are all about, like staying in a bit of history.

Extremely pleasant with the garden setting.

Excellent host as he was always available and went out of his way to help you in any way he could. The property was in a beautiful area and only about 2 kms from the Ponte Vecchio. It was not swamped with tourists so you did not have to fight your way through them to get to where you wanted to go. The walk to the main attractions was very pleasant. A real plus was that it had a very large and most beautiful garden setting which was accessable to guests. This is most unusual in Florence and we have been here many times in the past. The area generally had lots of trees and parklands in the surrounding areas. Near the Boboli gardens and Pitti Palace. Highly recommended. We would definitely stay there again

Florence Stay

Perfect four night stay at Palazzina Maresa. A great location just outside the walls of The Old Town. We enjoyed the view from our balcony onto the beautiful manicured garden. Such a breath of fresh air every morning. Our apartment even had a fresh bouquet of flowers on our arrival and a bottle of wine. The apartment were spacious with everything you would need for a perfect stay. We will stay again at Palazzina Maresa. Thank you Marta and team

Було комфортно, господар дуже приємний та уважний. В апартаментах є все необхідне: холодильник, посуд, плита, чайник, кавова машина, тостер, мікрохвильова піч, фен. Все нове та чисте, гарної якості. Зручне ліжко, білосніжні рушники та постіль. Апартаменти знаходяться поруч з Садами Боболі, що дає змогу прокинутися вранці від співу птахів! Туристів поруч немає, але розташування дуже зручне, увесь час всюди ходили пішки. Неподалік є магазини та кавʼярні. Рекомендую поціновувачам стилю та спокійного, комфортного відпочинку.
