That good we booked again the day we arrived

Smelt clean and fresh and loved the Alice theme. Easy reach to town

Pictures showed large garden so initially sad when opened back door. Wait till you Go upstairs.

Comfortable quirky cottage in a great location.

The cottage is very cute, clean and tidy with everything we needed for a comfortable stay - beds were comfy and the shower was great. Loved that we had milk in the fridge and Welsh cakes for our arrival. Being a cottage, the doors and stairwell are low - I’m tall but managed to remember to duck throughout our stay. We loved the cottage and would definitely recommend to others.

We struggled to get the heating right - but that was probably just us not understanding the controls!

Lovely little cottage, great location, everything you need, comfy bed, decent WiFi, good shower, cosy cottage

Only downside is no parking, but i parked round the corner in the church carpark, only £8.50 for 24 hours (2 minute walk)

Wonderful little cosy hideaway in the centre of Llandudno!

The cottage was really quirky! It was beautifully kitted out and all the furnishings/bedding were excellent. Everything was clean as a new pin and all very cosy. The decking area was amazing and is a real sun trap - we loved it! The only minor point we’d note was that we hadn’t realised that the main outside area was accessed from the first floor but we may just have missed that in the notes. Fabulous location and very peaceful. We’d definitely book again! 😊

Really enjoyed our stay .

Location is amazing, upstairs outside terrace was a bonus , accom was very clean and comfortable.

There are a couple of the kitchen spot lights that keep flashing just need to change bulb, the coffee jar will not keep coffee fresh it’s no seal, so coffee was rock hard we left it out so that you can see what I mean , we also never released that the bathroom , toilet were down stairs . But overall really enjoyed our stay

Magical wonderland

We loved our stay it was the best one yet it was very warm and cosy and comfortable and everything about the cottage was a delight everything worked and the situation was fantastic you have everything around you and within walking distance it was such a lovely cottage we would definitely recommend this cottage and would definitely book again

The only thing I would say is the parking situation you won't be able to park outside the cottage but you can park around the surrounding side street and promenade or you could park within the train station at a reasonable price you can pick up and drop off but you won't be able to stay there that's the only thing everything else makes up for that and your car is perfectly safe when you do find somewhere to park

The cottage was very quirky with a wonderful Alice in Wonderland theme running through each room. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed sitting out on the terrace

Lovely, quirky cottage. Alice in wonderland themed. Right near to everything- restaurants, shops, just around the corner from the promenade. Great communication from the owner for any questions.

Very pretty little cottage. Nicely appointed throughout. The housekeeper left a lovely card with her phone number if we should need it. Immaculately clean. Very warm and cosy.

As we are getting a bit older our joints and bones don't work the same. The staircase was a little steep and the bottom step is at an angle. If you don't realise that, as me and my friend didn't, when coming down stairs we both missed our footing. I think this one step should be clearly marked. This is important re health and safety issues and should be taken on board. Re the staircase; the toilet/bathroom is on the ground floor. Great in the day, and I understand how it works, but when one is upstairs in bed it can be a pain for obvious reasons. Couldn't find the lighting for the upstairs terrace area, so we didn't use it. The weather was a little on the cool side in the evening, we weren't there long, so that wasn't a problem re using the terrace. Would help to know how and where the light switches were. There is clearly lighting on the terrace and a heater, but no visible sign??

A perfect little retreat for exploring beautiful Llandudno.

Welcoming, very clean, comfortable. Attentive to our needs. All of the home comforts and facilities we needed. Location was perfect with the beautiful town, promenade, beach and Great Orme just a short walk away. Would definitely return and recommend.

Superb

Quirky little cottage in a prime location in the centre of Llandudno. Our two boys, aged 11 & 6 loved it. Lovely seating area on the balcony upstairs with a patio heater, which was a nice touch. Very clean and great facilities - even had treats for the dog and milk in the fridge on arrival ☺️

No parking at the property and no upstairs loo, but parking at the train station 5 mins walk away and wouldn’t put us off booking again!

I Slipped on the bottom step of the stairs because i did not turn the light on . going downstairs to the toilet in the middle of the night. the reason i did not put the light on was because anyone could see through the front door because their were no net or blinds. also anybody can look in during the day because they have no nets at the front window. which was a pity it would have been exceptional.

BOOK RIGHT NOW OR MISS OUT BIG TIME!

I booked this property for my family therefore I did not attend. However, all I can say is my family arrived home with a gleaming smile on their faces, which says it all! My family had an amazing time here and had nothing but positive things to say regarding this property and even suggested me and my partner should definitely take a trip here. My parents said it was very homely and wouldn’t of stayed anywhere else, this is definitely our family’s go to whenever we next take a trip to Llandudno.

Lovely little town centre quirky themed cottage in a very quiet street. Modern kitchen and bathroom. Great quality linen and luxury towels were provided. Very clean throughout. Easy to keep warm as we stayed in January.
