This was amazing Everything you needed was available Fabulous spot for town and promenade so clean and comfortable everyone who stayed with me said the same

Not enough bin space and there was a bin left out the back that the sea gulls got to but we called up and a lovely lad came and cleaned it all up x Think property needs more wheelie bins

No one answered the phone at all over 2 days ..when we got there couldn't park anywhere near the place.. and then learned that we couldn't use the sauna because we weren't staying there for 3 nights.. I feel like we were totally ripped off!!

Very spacious, thoughtfully furnished, nicely decorated, clean and comfortable home perfect for a large family gathering. Lots of quality towels and bedding. Fantastic location in Llandudno - minutes from the beach. Good communication with the owners who were incredibly helpful and responsive with a couple of small matters that arose during our stay. The electric door lock is also genius for so many guests staying in one property. Thank you.

The hob was complicated to use and took a bit of fathoming out. One of the showers ran hot and cold. Under the beds and sofas hadn’t been properly cleaned, although everywhere else seemed to be spotless. But these are only minor things. The house is fabulous and I would thoroughly recommend it.

Well kept home with everything you will need for a few days stay.

the quality and standard of the decoration, the immaculate condition and the amount of space

small niggle but bottom end of kitchen by patio door bit of an eyesore/untidy. hoover, clothes airer, high chair etc just spoiled the beautiful effect of the kitchen a little. could do with some sort of storage somewhere for some of these items so they’re not on show. waste bins in bedrooms would be handy.

The house was wonderful, my whole family had a lovely time. The accommodation is exceptional. The photographs don’t do it justice. There is everything you could possibly need and more.

Unfortunately we had a small issue with the sauna, this was sort without any issue.

I wanted to give this property a ten out of 10. It is spacious, well laid out, nicely decorated and in an excellent location. It had 6 bedrooms and for bathrooms. A few minutes walk to the beach and the Great Orme. There lots of free parking in the area within a short walk of the property.

The reason I have rated this as five out of ten is as follows; 1) There was no toilet roll, dish washer tablets or shower gel when we were told this was included. The hosts did however provide these 5 hours after we checked in but after a 4.5 hour drive it would have been nice if i didn't have to chase these things. There were also a couple of cracked glasses in the kitchen and a dodgy table in the smaller reception room where one leg was broken and badly glued back together. Never should have been left there from a safety point of view. 2) There is actually a sauna in the rear garden which I don't recall being advertised on Booking.com. A few days before our stay the hosts messaged me about the sauna saying that I we could use it for an extra charge of £150 for three days and then an additional £30 per day. I understand that this is a business but find this extremely cheeky, if not greedy, having paid over £3,000 for my stay. 3) One week after my stay the host contacted me claiming that we had damaged some things within the property. The first was water damage to a sink cabinet in a bathroom. This was water damage occurring over a long period of time, not over the course of one week. The second was a sofa leg in the small reception room. We never used this room so I didn't notice this. The third was 3 glasses. I accept that we broke 3 glasses during our stay. The fact that the hosts have suggested this has left a bitter taste to what was otherwise a great holiday. I would recommend that any person staying here document every bit of damage at the start of your stay to protect yourself from any accusations of damage.

The pictures don't do the house justice. It's beautifully renovated and wonderfully central to all amenities, particularly the beaches and other sights, which are all walking distance. We had a great time.

Parking is difficult to find near the house when the sun is shining, but it's fine in the evenings.

Comfortable beds, very clean, great location. Loads of space.

Front door needs a latch lock. It is a potential fire hazard to have to use the Mortis lock in order shut the door, especially if there are people in the house.
