Great and Llandudno was a nice spot to move around from.

Size, location, bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for us

There was 8 of us and this was a struggle to fit us all comfortably in the lounge area (not 8 comfy seats)

It’s location is great, the house offers a homely accommodation for a large group , each room is decorated to a high standard , the kitchen is very well equipped and the dining area is fabulous. We took three cars and managed to park all of them on the road very close to the house without a problem.

Beautiful house with period furniture and furnishings. Very comfortable for our group of nine. Game room for the children. Difficult street parking, so we parked our cars around the block in a car park. Highly recommend for large family group.

We had a fantastic stay at Abbeylands House - the location is fantastic and the house was very clean and comfortable. The hosts were great. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting LLandudno.

Had a fantastic break and the house was perfect for all ages.

On arrival we were greeting with home baked cakes and Prosseco which I thought was a really lovely touch, the house was spotless and facilities are great. There are also games for every age!

Beautiful period building with comfortable bedrooms and spotless bathrooms, lovely sitting room and well equipped kitchen, excellent for a big family get together

Perfect place to stay in Llandudno

We liked every single thing about the property.. the house it self .. the facilities .. the owner is sooooo kind .. he served us delicious cupcakes.. tea .. coffee.. milk . We had a very very good stay .. with all the staff the owner provided. I highly recommend this property
