Excellent stay , would recommend this property in great location

The property is lovely and has everything you need , great location , very clean, got own parking to the rear , decor is amazing, very comfortable relaxing areas and beds, just 1 thing to be aware of entering the property from the back there is a flight of concrete steps , if you have a disability , but better access from front of house only a few steps . 10 out of 10 .

A fabulous house in a fabulous position in the centre of llandudno. The house has 2 sitting rooms which is great and both are very spacious. The house has everything you might need. The owners are easily contactable which is nice.

This home is the perfect place to return to after experiencing all the history, beauty and adventure of North Wales.

Our extended family of 7 is united about this gem. Everyone had comfortable sleeping arrangements. The two sitting areas on the main floor allowed us to create two environments; one was the quiet, relaxing zone and the other was the chatty, upbeat area. With 4 toilets there was never a lack of access. The large kitchen and eating area was perfect for breakfasts and any other meals we had in the home. The great location was a big hit as we could walk back and forth to various activities and other locations. We had excellent response to any inquiries that we forwarded to the owners.

It was perfect! The only thing lacking was egg cups because my brother in law wanted a boiled egg for breakfast but this is very minor!

Excellent location, right in the heart of Llandudno. Plenty of space for everyone and everything you need for your stay.

Only downside was The smell of grease from the kitchen extractor was really powerful, we did not cook inside. I put them all through the dishwasher which cleared the smell up. Maybe the cleaning company could add this to their routine.

Nit picking, but would have expected hair dryers. A third dedicated parking space would have been useful.

We love Llandudno anyway but staying at Livingstone House made our weekend so special and memorable.

Ideal location, fantastic facilities, everything was spotlessly clean. Furniture was comfortable rooms tastefully decorated. Kitchen is great and comfortably caters for 12 people. Car parking for three cars made this so convenient. We will be booking again.

Fantastic

The house was so beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. It really did feel like home from home. I loved how spacious the house was and alot of the original features had been maintained, such as the flooring and high skirting boards. The bedrooms were all airy and beautifully decorated and the beds were extremely comfortable and big. The bathrooms were all completed to a high standard and fluffy towels were provided. The kitchen was large and could easily accommodate everyone and the bottle of Cava was a lovely welcome gift after our drive.
