Disappointed, especially having stayed there in 2022
Lots of hot water
Firstly, let me start by saying that the host offered to refund us the full amount as the property was not up to our expectations on the first day; however, it would have been extremely difficult to do that as we were staying for 10 days & my elderly mum would have struggled to pack up & move out the very next day after arriving & if indeed we could have found alternative accommodation at short notice. The property was absolutely lovely the first time we stayed in 2022, but this time, as soon as we opened the door; we could smell a very strong odour of damn. We could clearly see that there was water damage to the walls, especially in the kitchen. All the kitchen cupboards smelt of damp. The walls in most of the house had damp & apparently it was worse after a big storm prior to our arrival. Quite a few of the walls had cracks; the floors were not swept & we spent the first evening removing cobwebs & washing the kitchen & hallway floors; it didn't appear that anyone had stayed there for a while & there didn't seem to have been any attempt to air the property out or turn on the heating to perhaps dry it out; the property inside & out needs redecorating.
My reason for saying all of this is that I have asthma & unfortunately I got a chest infection whilst there. In my opinion, the host must have been aware of the damp smell, the obvious signs of water damage to the walls & the cracks in the walls; I am completely amazed that the host thought the property was in good condition to let it out; it totally was not. This is not the feedback I thought I would leave & I have considered my words very carefully. We have an annual time away with our church, a time that represents a the wonderful plan in God's salvation for mankind. On this occasion, our stay at this property was not wonderful.

Fab holiday home for large family group and dog friendly too x great facilities and very helpful owner with any question
Location fab for beach walks and playground we had a dog with us do he loved the early morning run on the beach . Really well kitted out lots of space to sit and relax we were a large family group and the bedrooms were all lovely the showers were amazing and it was lovely and clean with lovely bedding lots of throws and fluffy white towels .

Stunning property equipped with everything you could need. Ideally located for both sides of Llandudno. Parking wasnt an issue for our 5 cars, there was always plenty of room. The decking at the back of the property is a lovely sun trap. Would highly recommend.

Lovely clean and spacious family holiday home
Loved the house even though it was way to big for me and my friend and Sid the chihuahua! lovely and clean , fresh towels in every room , really hot water whatever the time of day !
Garden could be a little more bright and colourful , all secure though for dogs so that's all that counted (for me) , could of done with a fresh pint of milk after a long trip here but shop was only a 2 minute walk!

A lovely stay
The house is truly lovely; beautifully decorated & all the facilities we needed to complement our stay in Llandudno.
Only 2 wardrobes although five bedrooms so we had to hang our clothes from the bunk beds. The 2nd floor bedrooms are in the eves but perhaps so reorganisation of furniture might help.

great stay in an amazing house
where to start on this property. location was great, close enough to walk to all Llandudno has to offer but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet of the little street. The house is amazing and finished to a high standard with everything you need, all the bedrooms are a great size with comfy bed and plenty of storage(although not all rooms have a wardrobe) the family bathroom and shower room are superb sizes and accommodated all 10 of us needing to bath/shower in succession. There is so much space with the two family rooms and tv, games consoles and board games meant even on our rainy day we had plenty to keep us occupied. all in all a fabulous stay
