The welcoming approach of the hosts and how they couldn't do enough for us. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. I loved the extra touches thrown in including complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits, soap, shower gel etc. Gowns and slippers had been given to us to use too so we felt very relaxed and cared for.

Very comfortable bed; amazing array of biscuits, snacks, hot drink sachets, Welsh cakes.
The shower head holder - we were in Apartment 4 - was only attached to the wall by adhesive and thus became detached when in use (I guess caused by steam); however, this wasn't a problem as we could simply use the shower as hand-held.

Excellent Location, brilliant value for money, hosts were lovely and the cleanliness was very very good.
Nobody's fault but it was the heat ! There was only one small fan.

Lovely room, well thought out presentation. Liked the disposable tooth brush, as I had forgotten mine. Bath robe and slippers 😊
Bed was comfy. Room was adequate.
Slept really well.
Stench of blocked drains coming up from the sink plughole. It was so bad I had to block it off with a towel.
Dubious stain on bed sheet.
Blood on bedroom door frame. Also looked like someone had then possibly washed their hands, and opened the main room door with wet bloody hands, as there was staining all down the inside of the door.
When I stripped the bed in the morning, the mattress protector had a large stain on it. Thankfully, I had not slept on this side of the bed.
