Location was ideal for walking into town, or exploring further. We played golf at three different courses, all within a 30 minute drive. The accommodation was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.
The decoration does require some attention. With discoloured paintwork and torn wallpaper gave the impression the owners were not interested in its appearance. All very disappointing

I liked the big table that all the family could sit around. The property is very near the facilities of Llandudno with a convenience shop just around the corner. It was in a quiet area of Llandudno. Having two toilets and two wet rooms was also good for a large family. The outside space with the table and chairs is good for when the weather is good.
I can't really think of anything that I didn't like other than some spaces need redecorating but that didn't spoil our holiday as the property was fit for purpose and provided us with the space we needed.

Great Location, well stocked kitchen, nice outdoor area.
Very poor showers, very dated interior. Needs a make over and the tech ie: TV’s could do with upgrading (very poor smart features).
