Good communication with the owners. Excellent location for exploring LLandudno. Very comfortable beds, relaxing lounge area and good outdoor seating .
The house is a bit dated and in need of decorating, wall paper peeling in the lounge. The showers could do with being replaced as not really fit for purpose (very poor flow of water) and perhaps finding a way to get at least a toilet on the 3rd floor would be beneficial.

Plenty space and comfortable beds, great location and only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and pier. Parking outside generally wasn't an issue. Little touches of a welcome bottle of Prosecco and chocolates went down a treat. Everything we needed for a short break.
Heating wasn't on very high and it felt a little cold in the mornings but this is the only thing I could fault it on which doesn't seem much in the grand scheme of things

The bedrooms were comfortable and a good size, short walk to the front and town. Kitchen was good and a great sized range cooker, didn't get to use the outside space due to weather but it would be handy in summer.
The worst part of the house was the living room, which as that is the room most time is spent in is a real oversight. It is poorly furnished with mis matched furniture squeezed in to leave no leg room. The wall near the front window is clearly damp with wallpaper hanging off and looking discoloured. Curtains were too short. It wasn't comfortable at all, it felt unclean and you couldn't relax. Similarly the bathrooms are not nice at all, I.e cramped, too dark, didn't feel clean, bare pipes, I suspect it was once a hostel from the layout. The street the house is on is run down and unfortunately the inside of the house matches the outside.
