Lovely house, great value for money

Plenty space and comfortable beds, great location and only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and pier. Parking outside generally wasn't an issue. Little touches of a welcome bottle of Prosecco and chocolates went down a treat. Everything we needed for a short break.

Heating wasn't on very high and it felt a little cold in the mornings but this is the only thing I could fault it on which doesn't seem much in the grand scheme of things

Lovely, comfortable stay. Enjoyed by our whole group of seven.

The property is close to everything, pier, town, restaurants. It’s comfortable, warm and well equipped with everything we needed and more. House very clean as were towels and bedding.

Decorations and fittings looking tired, could do with a spruce up.

Golfing weekend

A few friends and I had a 4 day golfing trip in the local area, and we based ourselves in Llandudno. The accommodation was brilliant 👏🏻, it's centrally located, very spacious and well kept. We would stay again should we visit the area golfing.

Comfy beds, clean property but needs updating. Get rid of the reed air fresheners!

The property was a great size and nice and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils pots and pans and condiments. Also you had everything you needed for washing up. The welcome milk, chocolate and Prosecco was very thoughtful. When we had a problem the owner was very helpful and immediately tried to help with the lack of hot water.

When we arrived the smell from air fresheners (reeds in bottles) was overwhelming. To the point we had to put them outside. Although they did try to help with the hot water it was still intermittent. The internet rarely connected to the TV so hardly worked. When it did, it would for awhile then kick you out of what you were watching or just freeze and you had to turn it on and off.

Lovely touches,bottle of prosecco on arrival chocolate biscuits. Lovely garden in back with seated area. Everything was provided.

Toilets on the middle floor all together.This is due to the sty!e of the building.For a family not a problem but separate couples may find it difficult.

This is my 4th visit to this fabulous house , always a great time had in Llandudno. Fab location, super comfy beds , great amount of space .

A nice big house in a nice street close to all amenties

This house was very big, we had enough rooms for our party. The kitchen was well equipped with a lovely big cooker. There was plenty of seating around the dining room table and in the living room. The location was good, with a short walk to the shops and beach.

The locks on most of the doors did not work properly. The toilet and wet rooms could do with a bit of an update. The curtains downstairs did not fit the windows especially the ones on the patio doors. However, this would not stop us rebooking in the future.

Nice house in excellent location

Excellent location, plenty of space for us. Comfortable beds. Easy to find parking. A quiet street an 8 minute walk from the pier. Bus stop 2 minutes away. Nice welcome pack and condiments, was able to make a brew on arrival as milk, etc, provided. Lots of shops, cafes, etc. close by. Owner communicative and easy to contact. The only issue was the showers. Water pressure was quite low and made it difficult to wash hair , but it was good for a quick wash after travelling, long day walking, etc. Could benefit from tvs in bedrooms, but that's just our preference. All in all, it's a lovely weekend away.

Disappointing. Would not book again or recommend to anyone

The location

Toilet/shower facilities were claustrophobic wardrobe size spaces, and totally inadequate for a 5 bedroom property. Both showers had poor flow and water not hot enough Entry/exit doors almost impossible to lock. Kitchen knives all blunt and not fit for purpose. No dishwasher in a property holding up to 10 people! Photos on website did not accurately portray the true condition of the property. Very very tired and grubby interior. Needs a total makeover/refurbishment.

Amazing location, nice big house, easy to park on the road outside.

Fantastic location within easy walking distance of the main attractions. The varied rooms suited our extended family and the lounge was very comfortable.

No ITV1 without watching +1. Small thing but did matter to us. A few large cobwebs on ceiling and Crockery had to be washed before use..

The bedrooms were comfortable and a good size, short walk to the front and town. Kitchen was good and a great sized range cooker, didn't get to use the outside space due to weather but it would be handy in summer.

The worst part of the house was the living room, which as that is the room most time is spent in is a real oversight. It is poorly furnished with mis matched furniture squeezed in to leave no leg room. The wall near the front window is clearly damp with wallpaper hanging off and looking discoloured. Curtains were too short. It wasn't comfortable at all, it felt unclean and you couldn't relax. Similarly the bathrooms are not nice at all, I.e cramped, too dark, didn't feel clean, bare pipes, I suspect it was once a hostel from the layout. The street the house is on is run down and unfortunately the inside of the house matches the outside.

Great location. Welcome pack on arrival. All facilties needed. Great rooms and comfy beds. No problems parking. Back garden with cushions for garden furniture. Sinks in every room. Two showers, two toilets. Actually two large doubles, two other doubles (pic of small double), single room and sofa bed room. Plenty of room for 8 of us.

Very well located property. Travelled to all attractions that we had planned with ease. House was spotless and well equipped. We were very lucky with the weather also. We left behind in error some small items and Darmini sent them to my home address. Could not fault the communication from Darmini, they were great and timely.

Superb

The house layout was great, good, quiet street and near to the town centre. The welcome pack was lovely and Darmini the owner was really friendly and helpful 😀

Only a couple of negatives. The toaster was awkward, the oven door wouldn't close all the way on one side, one of the lounge doors needs some attention and there was a non working bulb in one of the lamps. But didn't spoil our stay in any way!
