About this house rental

A terrace house located in the beautiful seaside town of Llandudno. The property is an excellent accommodation for holidaymakers of all kinds.

It provides excellent access to the local attractions and transportation. 2 minutes walk to bus stop, 5 minutes walk to the town centre, 7 minutes walk to the pier/cable train/tramway and 8 minutes walk to West Shore and train station.

The property has a large living/dining room, kitchen, two modern wet room and two toilets. It also has 3 double rooms, 2 single rooms and one small room for children to play. Furthermore, it has a nice backyard for relaxation. Street parking, there are also car parks nearby, Free Wi-Fi and Netflix available.

Children at all age are welcome.

Minimum 3 night stay may be considered out of season.

Absolutely perfect location. Within a few minutes walk of the seaside and main shopping area. House was massive with large comfortable beds. When we arrived there was even a welcome gift and a special present for our anniversary which was a lovely surprise! The bathrooms came stocked with toilet roll, shower gel and shampoo and there was milk in the fridge. These extra touches were really nice.We had plenty of room for all 6 of us at all times and the only downside were the very flat pillows and the shower was pretty dismal. Other than that it was a great place to stay and would definitely come again.

The house is a 2 minute walk from the town centre, 5 minutes from the Pier, and 10 minutes from the Tram station, so it was absolutely perfect for us. The bedrooms are all lovely and clean. The kitchen and lounge are spacious and the garden is nice and private. We would definitely be happy to stay there again.

3 generations holiday. Centrally located, lots of space. Ideal for our needs. Complimentary extras were a lovely touch. The decoration wasn’t perfect but it really didn’t matter. It was very clean when we arrived and communication prior to our arrival was good. Street was quiet but close to all attractions. We struggled working the TV at first but got there in the end. We enjoyed our stay and made happy memories. Thankyou

Nothing but good things to say about the house, location and hosts. Great house for a break away. Ideal for a summer holiday or a winter break. We really felt at home here, plenty of space for everybody. Hosts provides everything you can need, well stocked kitchen spotless house, clean bedding, towels etc. If your looking for a beautiful house in a stunning location then this is it. Somewhere we will definitely be returning to. Thank you Darmini for letting us stay here.

We enjoyed our stay. The property was as described and was within walking distance of almost everything we wanted to do or see in Llandudno. The owners were fantastic. We had several questions and they were very prompt in responding. The property was well equipped and supplied. The bathroom and shower situation could be better but they were manageable. The five bedrooms are comfortable and come with sink and closet. Bed and linen were comfortable. Pillows were a bit flat (needed two in some cases). Parking was not a huge issue but was a little inconvenient (only street parking available). Would recommend if you have a family and/or value convenience.

Good location. Well equipped. Comfortable beds. Prosecco and biscuits on arrival very welcome. Shower arrangements a bit basic but otherwise everything fine.

Great big house in a fab location

Great big house in a fab location

This was a fab big house, lots of room for bigger families or groups. Located close to activities and shops, short walk to the train station, bus stop at the top of the road. Cafes and restaurants close by if you want to eat out, but if you want to cook, the kitchen was well equipped. The beds, bed linen and towels were all very good quality and very clean. However some areas of the house needed a little TLC, fresh coat of paint etc. but thats not surprising given its size and number of guests staying. We found it a good holiday house and would recommend it to anyone with a big family. We found our stay a little too short, (only 3 nights) would stay a bit longer next time.

Our stay in Llandudno was wonderful. The property is well located to walk to the boardwalk, but is set back a few blocks so that it is not as busy. The rooms were spacious and clean, and having a sink in every bedroom was a bonus. We enjoyed coffee and breakfast in the garden every morning and it was very nice to have that outdoor space. Would recommend this home and would stay here again!

Holiday with a friend and six children.

The holiday home was perfect for this large group. A welcome pack of champagne, Bara Breith, biscuits etc., was a very nice touch, as was the large bunch of beautiful lillies left for us. Much appreciated. Bedrooms are spacious and the dining table comfortably fits eight people. Llandudno and the surrounding area was fabulous and, despite the weather forecast saying rain all week, we had pretty good weather the whole time. So many interesting things to do and child friendly attractions. The only problem encountered was the fact that when we arrive there was absolutely no parking on the street so we had to throw out the luggage and children (fortunately the house was unlocked) and pay to park in a nearby car park. After that first day we had no problem parking but people may need to be warned and come very early, enjoy a day in Llandudno, then go to the house to unpack. Once again, a big thank you from all of us.
