The house was absolutely stunning, wish it had another toilet for such a big house that sleep's loads but other than that it was perfect! Super close to the beach and shopping complex and short walk to the pier, thank you 😊

Location was excellent. Property was very well equipped

There was nothing we didn’t like. Parking was tricky but we managed to park a couple of streets away. Also whilst we managed as we were out all day, had the property been fully occupied, only 1 toilet might be a challenge

The size of the house was fabulous, very spacious and airy. Extremely comfortable and everything to hand that you need. The air hockey table was great fun and very entertaining 😊

Didn’t like the garage at the back of the house, very noisy from early in morning (no reflection on the actual house)

Great property - Great coms leading up to the stay and they have thought of absolutely everything. Check in was easy, the house was spotless, roomy and comfortable for the 7 of us that stayed there and is arranged perfectly for socialising. The hosts had thought of every last detail and there was nothing missing - All facilities were clearly labelled up a plus lots of little extra touches (such as toiletries in dispensers, Biscuits etc) that made the stay almost perfect. This is a 10 out of 10 property.

Such a shame that there was confusion around the check out time as being forced out of the property an hour earlier than expected really took the shine off the stay and we left in a panicked and stressed state rather than the relaxed happy mood we were in. The property owners need to change the instruction booklet that clearly states an 11am check out time. I have to take some responsibility, as it did say 10am on-line and the owner had messaged me the day before check out on booking.com to say it was a 10am check out, however - Once you are relaxed into your stay who looks on booking.com to see if there are any further instructions (it's the first time this has ever happened to me and I'm a frequent traveller)? Please change the booklet for future guests, it really wasn't nice and dropped our 10 out of 10 stay to an 8 out of 10.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Touchwood House in Llandudno as our base to walk up Snowdon, and it was an absolutely delightful experience! This beautifully renovated 4-bedroom holiday home is a gem on the North Wales coast, perfectly situated just a short 5-minute walk from the North Shore Beach. The location is ideal—close enough to the heart of Llandudno, with its charming shops, restaurants, and the iconic pier, yet tucked away on a quiet street that offers a peaceful retreat. The house itself is spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. The kitchen was a standout—fully equipped with everything we needed, including a dishwasher and oven, which made cooking nice and easy. . The outdoor dining area and terrace were perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea while enjoying the calm surroundings. The beds were incredibly comfy, and the provision of fresh towels and linens added to the home-from-home feel. What really sets Touchwood House apart is its attention to detail and family-friendly vibe. The baby safety gate was a thoughtful addition for those traveling with little ones, and the free Wi-Fi kept us connected. It’s clear the owners have poured a lot of love into this place, making it both stylish and practical. Being so close to attractions like Venue Cymru and Great Orme, we had plenty to explore, yet it was wonderful to return to such a welcoming space each evening. I’d highly recommend Touchwood House to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Llandudno. It’s the perfect base for a family getaway or a coastal escape with friends. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

Everything we needed and more to come for a family funeral. The house was spotless in an ideal location for us to be close to our family. Close to shops and restaurants but unfortunately they were closed on the days we stayed. Short taxi ride to centre due to mobility issues but would be a lovely stroll for those that are able. We will definitely be returning but for a more happy occasion next visit to get the full use out of the lovely home.

House was immaculate and granddaughter loved the games, especially the air hockey.

Only issue was bedrooms did get cold at night.

Property was clean and nicely presented

There was only one toilet which was on the 1st floor.

This property has been done to a lovely standard. It was spotlessly clean and comfortable. Like home from home.

For the size of the property I think it could benefit greatly from a second toilet. And also the parking situation is a problem at times having to try and find a spot on the local streets. This could have been as we were in main season tho and the town is busier.
