About this house rental
Recent complete renovation, beautiful 3 storey, end-terraced Victorian property, in a quiet road, conveniently located by the beach and only 10 mins' walk from Llandudno centre. Amenities include:
- 6 bedrooms; 3/4 double bedrooms and 2/3 sets of twins (bunk beds, one pair of which only suitable up to 5'6", top front bedroom available either as 2xtwins or 1x King size), plus 2 extra double sofa beds. Sleeps up to 16.
- 3 brand new bathrooms; 1 with bath and shower, 1 shower room, 1 separate WC
- 3 reception rooms; 2 sitting rooms (with an extra double sofa-bed in both- in total sofas seat 13), 1 dining room (main table seats 8 plus more if chairs from bedrooms used, plus separate fold-out 4 seater table)
- Flat screen television & DVD player in each sitting room
- Now TV, Netflix & Disney via firestick and optical fibre (10x usual upload and download speeds) broadband wifi connection (65mbps with excellent coverage on all 3 floors)
- freshly laundered bed-linen (*except sofa beds) and bath + hand towels provided free of charge
- recently fitted fully-equipped kitchen, including dishwasher and washing machine

By no means a luxury property and still being updated. However, served our group of 10 well. Good access to beach, co-op around the corner, as well as various eateries, walking distance to town center and other stores. We had a couple of questions while there and host was very responsive.
