Lovely self contained accommodation and the garden area was superb.
We had everything we needed and it was great for the dog.
It was about 15/20 minutes from pier and although no dedicated parking there was plenty of road parking available right by the passage way leading to the accommodation.
Phil was great with communication and detailed everything we needed prior to our stay.
Unfortunately the bin lid was broken so had to keep it open but apart from that everything was working.
I would advise to take own bedding if you are taking a dog which we did, as the bedding was white so we just put ours over the top but that isn't a complaint by any means just a suggestion.

Perfect stay with young toddler and dog. Great outdoor area, very clean, WiFi good, heating good and easy to use.
Only slight downside is the access to the property is through the alleyway, but we were lucky enough to be able to park (for free) as close as we could so it was OK for us.

Everything was lovely! The location was brilliant. It had really handy connections to Conwy castle and Llandudno town centre. It was all just lovely.
I can't think of anything I didn't like.
