Felt like coming home.

Perfect location for everything. Liked the privacy . Property had everything in it you might need and was immaculate. Comfiest mattress ever! Would definitely return and would recommend to others. We were sad to leave!

Super holiday had by all everything we could wish for.

Location was fabulous especially with a kiddie cottage beautiful had a great seaside vibe lovely outside private area credit to the owners

Perfectly perfect.

The cottage is in a perfect position for those like my sister and I who don't drive. All shops, amenities, restaurants close at hand as well as the pier and sea front. Bus services are frequent and economical with friendly drivers.

The seagulls were very vocal when we sat outside in the evenings but knew that before we booked.

Excellent cottage located close the all amenities

Excellent cottage, very clean and modern, everything you needed was catered for. Parking just round the corner was a bonus . Very near the sea front and close to all the shops and bars. Hopefully we’ll be back.

Got the key code well in advance of our arrival and host was literally around the corner to sort out parking and get local knowledge

Fabulous comfortable base to explore and relax

A lovely clean well equipped cottage in a perfect location to explore Llandudno and surrounding areas, with good transport links. Fabulous covered outside seating area in the garden for all weather dining. Well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. Everything you could possibly need on your doorstep for a really lovely all weather holiday.

Only there for 5 days, will stay longer next time.

A Cosy, well equipped cottage well located in one of the best seaside towns we've stayed in the UK

The cottage was very cosy, clean, quiet, well equipped and excellently located in the main part of the town with all the pubs and eateries within a few minutes walk. The owners were very helpful and understanding and were always available nearby to help with any problems.

As in every self catering accommodation it would have been good to have some sort of inside dining area, especially at the time of year we visited, the patio area is well appointed for outside eating but could not be used due to adverse weather. However due to size of the property a dining area is not possible, so cannot fault owners.

Good local stay but parking is poor

We liked the property it was very clean.

Second floor bedroom was cramped for two adults. Head room was low and not suitable for getting dressed. Car park was not accessible but was full. So really there is no parking and certainly not work £5 per day.
