Easy to find following instructions from the owner. Parking directly outside the house and ideal for a short stroll to the promenade. Clean and well decorated. Plenty of space in the bedrooms. Big TV. Radiators work well to heat the place up.
Owner refused to accomodate a late checkout of 1pm. Would have made the experience post running race much better.
The radiator in the twin room kept making loud banging noises through the night. There was no socket for the lamp in the twin room. Towel for the bathroom would have been good. Sofa wasn't very comfortable for 3 adults.
If the radiator is sorted and you can deal with the other things then I'd recommend it.

Great location. Clean and tidy
The king bed was actually two single beds and mattresses pushed together so there was an uncomfortable divide in the middle.

The apartment was lovely, decorated to a very good standard had everything we needed. The set out was perfect for a family of 4 as we all had space to spread out. I've stayed in lots of apartments but this has go to be one of my favourites. The beds were super comfy and the place was lovely and warm. I could have stayed longer. The location was perfect, on a lovely street close to the prom and walking distance to shops and bars.
There wasn't anything to not like about the apartment, it was like home from home. The people above were noisy the first night, I'm not sure if this was a rental too but we could hear them talking and laughing then snoring the next morning....we didn't hear them the second night.

Keys easy to find
King-size bed very uncomfortable due to the fact two separate mattresses joined in centre of bed and was uncomfortable, Bathroom Dirty, Dirty washing left in washing marchine by previous person ,bedroom wallpaper was ripped (it was small but unsightly,kitchen also hoover full of Dirt.
