Something a little bit special!

The flat is very well situated - I rolled my bag from the train station in 10 minutes. From the flat it's a 5 minute walk to most of the major bus stops and once past them you are in the heart of town. Also a 5 minute walk the other direction to the Albert pub. Very friendly and good food and ales. I was on foot so I can't discuss the parking situation. The kitchen is well equipped. I cooked a few meals from the excellent local products I purchased and had every pot and utensil needed. Great internet and so many TV options. There are tvs in the living area and the main bedroom - all appreciated! Ben is a fantastic host. Great communication and good knowledge of the area. I was there for two weeks and he arranged for cleaners to come half way through. New towels, changed the sheets, cleaned the bathroom - great service. I also really appreciated the "no pets" rule as I have stayed a few places that reeked of pets. Not this one! Very clean and tidy.

Access to the property little confined and surface(pebbles) made entering little difficult for wheelchairs users and guests with limited mobility

Location, 10 minute walk to the pier and beach. Parking available on the road. Well equipped and clean apartment. Good communication.

The noise from upstairs apartment but only occasional so didn’t affect sleep.

The apartment was comfortable enough and clean. In a way it had what we needed.

The noise from upstairs was unbearable especially over the last few days. We were woken up at 6am by what was like a herd of elephants stamping around above us. I don't suppose the owner can do much about it but more attention needed to be given to the sound insulation between floors. Thankfully we were there Tues to Tues and the noise was bearable for the first part of the stay but we could not have suffered a full week of the noise we had the last few days.
