Great location, nice clean, comfortable property.

Great location, within walking distance of the theatre which is what we came for. Nice clean accomodation with all necessary equipment provided.

The flat was modern,nicely decorated, kitchen well equipped just knife missing out of knife block

Keys easy to find

King-size bed very uncomfortable due to the fact two separate mattresses joined in centre of bed and was uncomfortable, Bathroom Dirty, Dirty washing left in washing marchine by previous person ,bedroom wallpaper was ripped (it was small but unsightly,kitchen also hoover full of Dirt.

Fabulous property in Llandudno

Very nice Ground floor Apartment in a really good location. Easy to walk to West Shore and North Shore as located between the two. Had everything we needed and was lovely and warm on arrival and throughout our stay. Particularly liked the interaction with the Owner, who went out of his way to accommodate any queries, even when he was in America! Highly recommend a stay here. It was unusual to see 3 little recycling bins inside the property, but we thought it was a great idea. The front door used to be a Stable door so could open in two halves or as one. This was a nice surprise.

The people upstairs were noisy when walking about. Changed people after a couple of days, and a child was running about. The Bathroom was cold even with the heated towel rail.

Really was something special

Excellent location, spacious, modern, homely. Couldn’t recommend more. Had everything you needed for a weekend stay or longer. Excellent hosts.

No thermostat in the apartment so kids woke up in the night really hot. Messaged the host at 1am and he immediately fixed. Only recommendation would be to allow guests some form of thermostat control - but otherwise absolutely brilliant.

It was like home from home and we found it met our needs very well. The location was very central and convenient for the seafront and shops. Communication with the owner was also good. No problems at all.

Minor thing really but it was difficult to access the freezer fully due to the door frame.

It’s a lovely place to stay for a few days, but be mindful of potential cleanliness issues

Great location, easy to walk into town or the prom if needed! We asked for two king size beds and got king size beds which was really good. All on the ground floor, great for people with mobility issues/disabilities.

When we arrived, it was clear the place had not been properly cleaned. We had to go and buy cleaning products, such as spray and cloths as the floor in the bathroom had marks from trainers. One of the handles on the drawers in one of the bedroom was completely broken, which could have easily been fixed. We found hairs in the bath which meant we couldn’t use the bath. There was food left in the fridge from the stay before us. Unfortunately, we found out ourselves that the parking space at the house wasn’t there anymore, even though we were told there would be a parking space when we booked. Had the parking change been mentioned to us prior, it would have been fine but it added the stress of trying to fight for parking in the summer holidays.

Pleasant, clean flat, great location, responsive owner. Outside needs attention.

The flat itself was very nice, clean welcoming. Ben was very helpful in enabling a slightly longer checkout time of 11am on Sunday which we appreciated.

The location is excellent, in a quiet street just a few minutes walk from the pier and promenade. Whilst the interior of the property was very nice it was let down by the exterior where we were greeted by a skip containing a toilet, and a very tired outside area. Workmen were working on the rest of the house when we arrived and continued the next day at 8am on Saturday morning. The courtyard area at the back, which is accessed from the living room, could easily be made into a pleasant sitting out area with a lick of paint, some nice plants and a little round table and chairs. The shower suddenly became extremely hot and scalded the baby, so needs attention. Once this has been dealt with and the outside areas at the front and back have been made good, it will be a great place to come to.

We had a fantastic time in Llandudno and this place is ideal, would book again.

It’s a lovely little apartment. Plenty of space for 2 adults & 2 kids. Beds comfy. Nice and quiet. All slept well. Close to all local amenities and beaches.

Parking only in street. Was advertised as having parking space. Cleanliness was ok but could be improved on I thought.

Nice self contained apartment, nicely decorated and kitted out, good location for the pier end of town and off road parking for 1 car.

Almost a 10 out of 10. The apartment was very cold when we arrived and took several hours to become warm, one of the electric radiators in the twin bedroom wasn't working which added to the slow warm up, although the owner Ben did respond to this by providing a portable heater the next day. The path to the apartment is a bit of a bodge, small paving stones have been placed in the gravel to make stepping stones and some of them are a bit proud of the gravel and were a trip hazard for my elderly parents in the dark, also the ivy at the side gate needs cutting back. There was no kitchen roll in the dispenser. There was no hand towel in the bathroom and the bathroom was not heated and was cold. The twin beds were very narrow and not suitable for large adults. The fridge door snags on the kitchen counter top and doesn't always shut. I know all this sounds a bit picky but except for these small things this apartment would be a 10 out of 10 all day long. All this said I would strongly recommend this apartment and would definitely want to stay here again!!!

Perfect long weekend away!

Lovely modern, clean apartment, great location. Had everything you’d need, spacious and comfortable. Ben was very helpful, recommending places to eat and activities in the area. Also providing clear instructions on how to use everything in the property (heating, TV, hob, shower), and getting in bread and milk for our arrival. Very accommodating and allowed us to check in early. Will 100% stay again and have already recommended to friends!
