Excellent overall. Quiet, clean, and well presented. Clear and well organised communication from the owner. Great options on the tv, which is often over looked.
Some of the windows didn’t open.

The location is great that it is near to parking, restaurants and attractions.
The property is very clean.
Hooks are available in bathroom and rooms. They are rare in most properties.
The mattress was firm that we got good sleep.
The shower head was strong while the drainage could be done better.
The seagulls could be loud.

The 3 bedroom apartment was fine but stuffy, couldn't 0pen kitchen window.
Top apartment was hot, ceilings which made my bad back excruciating!!!!!! Sheet was ripped, mattress was upside-down!!!! Skylight window onthe landing of the third level wouldn't 0pen!!!!!
