Excellent stay for Conwy half marathon

Free parking outside the property. Comfy beds. Two bathrooms. All kitchen facilities. Nice location near to the front on West shore.

House felt really homely and it made us feel like relaxed straight away. We did not want for anything. Fantastic location, short walk to the back beach. I’m very easy to get to the main beach. And a fantastic spot to do day trips.

A welcoming home-from-home!

Everything was very clean and well maintained. We appreciated the welcome items (bread, butter, milk & cheese) and felt very much at home. It was just a short walk to the beach, in a really peaceful area.

We enjoyed our stay. Whitegate was well-appointed, pleasantly located and met our needs.

The location close to the Wedt Shore is very quiet with easy and safe parking on the wide road outside. There is a useful One Stop shop and post office 300 yards walk away. The apartment has good sized bedrooms with plenty of storage. Provision of two sets of keys rather than only one is useful. Wifi worked well which is always important.

The stairs up to the apartment could be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. The fridge-freezer is rather small. For two of us it wss OK but for more people it could be limiting. The shower room with toilet on the second floor is useful but confined - would not suit larger person. The impressive large clock in the kitchen wasn't working. The confined dining space under the stairs to second floor is not going to work comfortably for a group / family.

A fabulous staycation

The facilities and location were amazing. The owner met us on arrival and was very welcoming. The house has everything you need and more. Great location 2 min walk from a lovely beach. Would defo stay again. Lots of room and very spacious. 5 star accommodation

The property was faultless, very clean comfortable and suitable for all our needs, stayed with 3 friends and we were all happy with the apartment.The West Shore is lovely and within walking distance of the North shore and town. Pauline was a friendly and helpful host and we would be very happy to stay here again. 10 out of 10 Pauline.

Great location we prefer the west shore and it wasn’t far to walk into landudno for evening meal. The bedrooms on the floor with the lounge were spacious and comfy. We liked the fact there was a little area at the front of the house to sit outside although it didn’t get the sun. Lovely host and good amenities.

The attic bedroom would not be good for two people as the ceiling sloped down on the far side of the bed… it was fine for one person . The bed was uncomfortable and squeaky in the attic room. Disappointed with the building work at the house behind… it was noisy and woke us up.

Home from home luxury stay in lovely Llandudno

Whitegate is simply superb. Host Pauline goes out of her way to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The quality of the apartment was exceptional, with astonishing attention to detail The host had even gone shopping on the day we arrived to provide food for us. Every aspect of the apartment is as good as a first-class family home, and Pauline went above and beyond to us all feel at home. Staying at Whitegate made our family trip to Llandudno unforgettable.

Very spacious apartment. Very clean and comfortable. Special touch leaving us bread, milk and cheese 😃 Tv in every room. Beds were fresh and comfy. Plenty of towels and loo roll. Warm too.

Only thing we struggled with was operating the shower upstairs and figuring out it was linked to a cord/switch in bathroom on first floor.

Lovely but beware "the entire place is not yours"

Loved the nice & bright space. Mine & my eldest daughters bedrooms on the first floor were lovely sizes and were bright & airy. The living area and kitchen were well equipped with everything you could need and were very comfortable. Close to a pretty little strip of beach and beach cafe. Parking was great, plenty of spaces.

Was advertised as "the entire place is yours" but it wasn't. It didn't state anywhere that the ground floor had the owner & family staying there and the property that we used was upstairs on the first floor which consisted of living area, kitchen, 2 large bedrooms and a bathroom, then up another flight of stairs in to a 3rd level was a 3rd bedroom and small shower room. On the Friday night the owner had guests over, who were rather loud. We had booked a house due to not wanting any noise after previously staying in hotels with noisy guests. This was the entire reason we booked "a house." The 2nd floor bedroom linen wasn't clean but my daughter had taken her own pillow/blankets luckily. Bit further from town than expected (stated 0.6miles) but it took us (3 fit adults) a good 20 minutes. Check out listed at 11, but on check in we were asked to check out at 10. I handed the keys back to a younger female who didn't even say goodbye, have you enjoyed your stay etc. She just took the keys and shut the door!

Pauline welcomed us with great enthusiasm. Everything was very clean and tastefully decorated. There were only 2 of us so had a double bedroom and bathroom each. Parking was perfect, outside the property on the street, plenty of room

A great stay by the beach

The house is within easy walking distance to the beach and a playarea; our little boy loved going to play on the beach multiple times a day! The property was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to make us feel at home. Pauline even left us some milk, cheese and butter in the fridge and a loaf of bread. A friendly and welcoming host and a lovely property.

Relaxing and comfy accommodation with fantastic scenery to explore.

Location was superb for access to west Shore beach and the Great Orme, and just a stroll to town with the shops, places to eat, pubs etc. Whitegates was beautifully clean, well equipped and comfortable, and there was plenty of room for free car parking.

It rained one day but the host couldn’t do anything about that!

Real home from home feel. Quiet location, round the corner from West Beach, close enough to walk into llandudno town (about 20-30 mins). One stop shop about 2 min walk. Lovely beach cafe round the corner. Host provided milk, tea coffee.
