We didn’t stay! It stunk.

Location was fantastic.

The entrance hall to first floor stunk and carpet filthy. First floor for key collection was unacceptable with clothes, bins and mop buckets, it stunk. We didn’t proceed to the apartment because of first impressions and had to find alternative accommodation! Which cost £150 for 1 night. Wouldn’t recommend this accommodation!

It was nice and easy to get into building with messages along the way and same with the room was nice size and bed was really comfy really good location enjoyed our stay

sea front and shops on doorsteps, various eating places within walking distance and suppermartets. limited free daytime parking, car parks close by. Clear instructions from Paul about keys and qiuck responce to questions.

A really cosy apartment in a great location

The apartment was in the perfect location right near the centre and by the beach which was perfect. It felt safe and cosy, with a comfortable bed and a great TV. The kitchen area is fine for smallish meals. overall a really nice stay everything felt decently clean and it is impeccable value for money :)

We found a pair of old dirty socks that had been left on the couch which was a bit strange, and the tea towel was really smelly and clearly unclean, so we had to use tissue to dry our clean dishes. Those would be the only complaints and completely expected when the place was so cheap and a perfect stay otherwise.

Don’t book if you need to cook or watch TV

It looked good online, owner let us check in early. Good location

The entrance hard to find, smelled awful, stair dirty, unit ready for guests but was filthy, fridge stank, glasses & kitchen dirty, cooking equipment rusty & unusable, mattress 100 years old (like in Asia). After spending time to clean I found no batteries in TV remote and no bulbs in lamps. When I asked the owner he wouldn’t respond. TV was broken. So while raining I couldn’t cook or watch Netflix so I booked elsewhere and didn’t stay 1 night. Booking.com refunded me.

I always stay here. Any problems always resolved very quickly however the showers are a bit of a pain in regarding the slow water flow. Just have to keep an eye on the overflow other matter. Everything is always good.

The location was perfect and apart from the bin men in the morning it was a quiet location considering how close it was to the centre

The shower flooded and the bathroom as a whole needed a good clean The sheets weren't the cleanest either

Exceeded our expectations and would definitely use again.

Loved the room we had (room 1). Very comfortable and well equipped. Wasn’t a slap dash of random furniture like some places have and it was a somewhere I could have stopped for a longer period of time. Very warm and comfortable. Only noise from the other residents was when they used the doors. Shower was absolutely fine.

Dish washer randomly started to make a noise and the only way to stop it was to turn it off at the wall. Entrance was a bit narrow and not easy to get in with hands full of luggage. Could have done with a spatular for eggs. Sink on bathroom didn’t drain that good.

Location, location location

Location was excellent. 5 minutes walk to the pier, near to lots of restaurants, takeaways, and shops. Transport very easy and accessible. Kitchen facilities were good. Although we only had one cup for cups of tea.

Shower didnt drain away and the floor was very spongy in the bathroom. Would of prefered a lower floor.

All being said as above, we really enjoyed the stay. We would stay again, only not so high.

No breakfast included, however, we were able to access this facility just below us. Loved the central location. Everything was within walking distance, and very close to the beachfront..

Well we are getting, older, thus very disappointed with the level of stairs. Perhaps the establishment should let visitors know what to expect. The utensils were sparce. There was only 1 plate and 1 fork. We had to purchase extra from the charity shops, which is not acceptable.

The location, self contained, spacious, homely and a choice of streaming options to wind down at the end of the day. Communication about access and key retrieval was clear, as well.

On arrival, I noticed a funky smell. Might have been bathroom drainage, as shower water was slow to drain.

Clear simple explanation about accessing the property. Well-equipped modern kitchen, Decent shower in bathroom. Spacious rooms throughout the property.

Perfect location. Very comfortable.

We stayed in apt 3 and the views are stunning. Perfect location just moments from the beach. The beds were clean and comfortable and the apartment was lovely and warm. It was also mire spacious than I'd expected for the price.

I've seen some negative reviews but for the price I think the accommodation is great. A little bit of repainting here and there would improve it but I don't go on holiday to stare at 4 walls, so personally I don't care ;D

Enjoyable stay.

I loved the location and the comfortable bed and sofa. Loved being at very top too (I was in Flat 7).

Luckily I know my way around Apps but I was disappointed if I'm honest that regular TV stations were not on the TV. Looking back, it wasmade clear on the booking though and the owner was kind enough to offer help if I needed it, which was appreciated. Being tall, even when aware of low beams, I still hit my head a fair few times! Despite both of the above, I would return, I did enjoy stopping here so thanks.

Hadn't been cleaned when arrived. Had to clean equipment and utensils, microwave had curry splattered in it fridge was dirty, dishwasher dirty & smelly Floor dirty with stains and crumbs the mop was so dirty you couldn't use it. splatter stains on bedroom skirting boards Toilet brush dirty only 2 towels 3 people.

Unsafe!. Not value for money.

The location.

Not safe.. Fire alarm hanging off wall in main hallway. No shower door, water went everywhere. Rooms not finished, cut my elbow on unfinished bed. Curtains didn't fit and hanging off. Broken stair bannister in entrance hallway. Wall paper hanging off in the entrance hallway. Linen bags in front hallway, which I tripped over. Stench in front hallway. Water through ceiling from flat above which cut off all our electricity!!. Certainly not worth the extra we paid for a sea view!!. Avoid this Apartment at all cost!!

Our room was on the fourth floor, and the property is not suitable for families, especially those with small children. It is extremely difficult to carry a buggy up to the fourth floor. The bathroom is very small, and the sofa bed, kitchen, and dining area are all in one room. This layout might be fine for a single person, but it is not ideal for a family or a couple.

Having to go up 62 stairs with luggage to get into bedsit and then going out back to the 62 stairs we could only get one TV station we couldn't get the manager was not helping never again
